I love this product! It goes on smoothly and soaks straight into the skin! HA needs to be added to a richer cream to hold in its moisture to the skin. This product is pure. No funny stuff in the ingredients. The air practically irritates my skin! This is EXTREMELY gentle, I can put this on my entire face and delicate eye area, neck, chest and shoulders. I have ordered this numerous times. I did have to send this particular bottle back, it was only 3/4 of the way filled and the plastic seal around the neck was still intact!? I was issued another bottle with a promise of returning the other. This is the first time that has occurred. The product is wonderful, keeps your skin radiant, soft and keeps wrinkles away!!!! The price is also very good!

I received a coupon for a promotional price for this product so I thought I would give it a try. I have been using this product about a week now and I am really enjoying it. I ordered more than one product so I have been doing my product testing on different parts of my body so I can accurately access the effect of each item. I have been testing this product on my forehead. I have a very deep vertical line just above the brow line in the center of my forehead. I HATE THIS LINE. So I was very hopeful that this product would be able to help. I am happy to say, I have noticed a big improvement. The line is still there, but it is much softer and isn't very pronounced. I have only been using this product for a week so, I will post photos to my review after I have been using it a little bit longer. I like how this product feels on my skin. There is no fragrance and no additives. I can read and understand everything on the label. I especially love how this company lists the ingredients and then explains in detail what they are for. Also, after my purchase, Joyal Beauty emailed me detailed instructions on how to properly use each of the products I ordered. I am very impressed by this company. I love their commitment to keeping their product line pure and simple. They make their products themselves right here in the USA. Its rare to find a skin care company with such high standards. I will be ordering the Hyaluronic Acid serum with C next.

Product. I dont like that it had to go on damp skin. I like to put VIt C on 1st think in the AM. Vitamin C needs to go on a very dry face. Obviously if I damp my face afterwards I'm wiping off the vitamin C. I use this product in the evening after I shower while my face is still damp. After it drys I do the rest of my night routine. There's no doubt that it shrinks the pores on my nose and skin next to my nose. So, I use it at night on damp scin. Only put it where my pores are larger. Wait until it's good and dry and then use my other products. Like I said it does shrink the pours. I don't know if I'll purchase again cause I'd like something I could use on my whole face. For the price it's worth trying and I do recommend it.

You will see this product is always stocked in my bathroom. This product is amazing and works instantly. I generally wet my face then do 2 drops in my hands and then add a little water and mix in the palm of my hand and then apply to my face. Your face should dry up in seconds and then I apply a few more drops of water to my face and then follow up with another product. The 4% version is well worth the money and the smaller bottle I found is better to buy than the larger one if you don't use it as often and don't have optimal storage conditions because after a while if you do not store it right you will see some strange things growing in it and it will get very discolored and gooey. This I recommend this!

This hylauronic acid works great but unfortunately it got moldy after two and a half months. Update 1/15/24: After posting my original review, the company contacted me right away and let me know that they had faulty droppers from their former supplier and they put on their page that they recalled those bottles and provided info for costumers to reach them to get a replacement. Unfortunately, since I bought it at Amazon I never saw that. They processed a refund right away after sending me the message and sent me two complimentary bottles, so great costumer service recovery. I will post an update in 3 months with quality of the serum itself with new dropper. Follow up update: 4/23/24: New bottles are still great with no mold. Love this serum! Has a thicker texture than others I have tried. Skin looks moisturized and plump. Would recommend. Company had a great costumer service recovery too! I updated my review to 5 stars based on effect on skin and company costumer service.

I’ve been buying this hyaluronic acid from Joyal Beauty for years and I was happy. I’m not sure what happened this last time but the outer box top was damaged and looked tampered with. The bottle of product I received had NO product label on it at all and the liquid inside had a thin water-like consistency, not the usual thickness of the hyaluronic acid I usually get. I did not trust this product enough to use on my face. It also took an unusual longer shipping time to receive this time- 2 weeks. I returned this and now I feel I may have to search for another product. I gave 3 stars because this is the first time this happened to me but I can’t ignore it.

This oil is absolutely fantastic. I mix it with frankincense and E oil used it on my face and I have used it on my face by itself. It’s fabulous.

It is very hydrating, light, and has no smell! It is organic, vegan, and it is not tested on animals all of which are qualities I look for in skin care products. It has worked very well both for me (mid twenties) and for my mother (50+) in that it keeps skin hydrated and soft. It also works very well on dry hands and elbows! The way I use it is, after washing and applying toner, I use one pump on my damp face and neck and one pump for my hands and elbows. I wait a few minutes for it to absorb into the skin, and follow up with either rose hip oil (daytime) or night cream. I no longer have dry patches on my face! The company also sends you an email with instructions on how to best use the HA serum and their customer service is top notch! I did a LOT of hunting before finally finding this serum and this one is a keeper! Highly recommend! This is original product by joyal beauty. Results are satisfying, as expected after using hyaluronic acid serum as directed. It has hydrated my skin in just a few days. I use it with a few drops of filtered water and one pump of the serum on my face, and follow it with a moisturizer. It is an expensive, yet a good investment for your skin. I'll buy it again.

This serum is just what my face needed to heal my acne! It feels amazing on my skin and since I’ve started using it my face has mostly cleared up and I’m so happy! I had previously posted a review about the bottle growing mould inside, Joyal Beauty had reached out to me and gave me a full refund and explained that they had a bad batch from their dropper bottle warehouse where rain water had gotten into the bottles. Since finding out about this issue, Joyal beauty has taken great measures to prevent this issue from happening again and ensured me that this was an isolated incident that will be further looked into and investigated completely. Their customer service is top notch and they truly care about their customers and their products! I have purchased another bottle that I have been using for a couple of weeks now and I can confidently say that there is no mould growing and I have regained my trust with this company and can’t wait to continue using their products as they are SOSO amazing and great value for the price!
