Price is good for this printer but I found the printing speed is slow. I faced difficulties in setting and connecting with the WiFi. Overall, it is good for small range.

I like this brand gas becoz burner tray is fully packed..and safe body from dirt..

Very bad quality product. Within a week of purchase, gas started leaking. We have piped gas and we first called the pipeline technician. He demonstrated that gas was leaking from one of the burners. After a lot of struggle, lodged a complaint on Pigeon's website. The Pigeon Stovekraft's technician that came - his first response was absolute denial. We requested him to wait for sometime and he finally acknowledged that there was a leak. He tried repairing it but realized the whole burner needs to be replaced. Imagine - this, in a brand new stove! He also tried fitting another part which needed sawing etc. - in that process he even got a cut on his own hand. We told him to that we are not okay with any other part being force-fitted. He then ordered the correct part. It's been more than a week and we still don't have any clarity when this will come. The service center gives perfunctory answers. Pigeon Stovekraft's customer care number has no incoming call facility! Their WhatsApp chatbot cannot do anything! Further, the top burner plate gets dislodged even while making chapattis - overall, this is a useless product sold by an indifferent brand. Best to avoid!

I normally don’t put in public a review or feedback. But just out of options. Ordered this product looking at description. After delivery, realised that burner to burner distance is too small and 2 wide vessels cannot be placed simultaneously next to each other. Raised return request immediately and pickup has been continuously postponed and Amazon is silent now. No way to raise a complaint. Somehow placement of orders is in a jiffy but return order server is somewhat losing connection! Fully pre paid. Money is stuck, can’t use the product and it is occupying my home space waiting for pick up. Can’t say whose fault but expect Amazon to let me know.
