This humidor works very well. I still use pouches instead of the water reservoir though. And even though the fan is a bit loud I don't need it to be silent so it doesn't bother me too much. I just happen to notice that you can hear it from across the room. All-in-all a good buy.

This thing is very nice! It's been extremely accurate in keeping the 70 degrees I programmed it for. I have a small 8oz bottle of beads and a Boveda pack and it's staying at 70%. I do have two minor complaints. 1. there's only 2 shelves and tons of room for a 3rd shelf. the top tray has no sides. So you can't put that many cigars on the tray. So I have added my own additional stacking trays. I just wish there was a provision to slide a 3rd tray in there for organizing. 2. This one is hard to explain but the width of the humidor tapers in! I added a cedar tray that fits perfect on top of the lower tray width wise but when I try and slide it to the back of the humidor so I can add another tray, it gets stuck! I just need to find a tray with a smaller width.

I'm really pleased with this humidor. It looks attractive, it is practically silent, and it's good value for money. My cigars have never been treated so well. It has a couple features I would change if I could. The door has to be opened a full 180º to get the shelves out. This means that you can't put it too close to a wall on that side, because you have to leave room for the door to open to its maximum extent. The humidity sensor has big digits and it is easy to read, but the glass of the door is mirrored and tinted. The tinting is great for protecting cigars from sunlight, but it makes the humidity impossible to read through the glass. Even if I look at it straight on, with phone's light shining on it, it's really hard to see. I've added a picture to my review to show it. I have to open the door to read the humidity. Temperature is displayed really clearly on an LED display, but humidity is what I really struggle to keep right. So I wish the humidity was displayed on the door instead of temperature. So I knocked a star off because of these little flaws, but 4 stars is still a positive review. I'm keeping it and I'm gonna start buying nicer cigars because I know I can take care of them now.

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this electric humidor. So here it is. I really like it. After using the wooden box humidors for a while. I decided to step up to the electric humidor, and getting the NEEDONE, it has been great. Upon receiving this humidor, the wooden tray was broken, maybe it was broken during shipping. I am not sure. However, I reached out to NEEDONE through Amazon and this issue was resolved quickly. The digital hygrometer that comes with this humidor is accurate +/- 2 degrees. With that said, I would invest in a Bluetooth hygrometer to place inside for more accurate readings. I have been able to store about 100 cigars ranging from corona’s to robusto’s, easily. If you set up this humidor correctly, you can to store a closed box of cigars, up top and loose cigars below in the basket. The only problem I really have with this humidor is that you have to open the door completely to slide either tray or basket out. I would also like to see a brighter light inside. All-in-all, this is a great electric humidor.

After a while it stops working . I’ve been trying to reach out but Amazon is not much help .

I contacted customer service to get a better understanding about the functionality of their product and they explained it to me in detail. Not only how their humidor function but also how to adjust the temperature and adjust the humidity to address my concerns. I was then able to set the temperature and humidity level to add the needed moisture to my cigars and maintain them over an extended time. This replaces my wooden box humidor that requires refilling with distilled water periodically to maintain the proper level of humidity to keep my cigars from drying out. This NeedOne humidor holds more cigars, requires less maintenance and is more attractive than any other humidor I've had so far. The price is well worth the investment.

Pleasantly surprised by this small humidor - it maintains my cigars at a nice, constant temperature and perfect humidity with the use of a Boveda pack.

Dead on arrival, did not work right out of the box. The temperature display kept blinking and beeping, the buttons were inoperable. Returned.
