can I use the kit as tooth gems?

I'm not sure but, I don't think so. Gems start to come off nails as you wash your hands. So would think it's the water that loosens the glue.

What is the brush used for?

I think its if you need to brush or spread out the glue to a larger surface

How much space does one container cover?? I’m looking to cover a set of headphones and don’t know if I should buy multiple.

You will need several. If you eat one color you will need more.

Do the gems have the little sticky stuff on the back sides of them?

No, the glue is provided in the kit. It works really good
