Ein Öl der Extraklasse! Darf man bei einem Preis von 20€/Liter irgendwie auch erwarten. Naturtrüb. Dickflüssig. Fruchtig und mit einer unerwarteten fast beißenden Schärfe - die uns bei der Erstverkostung überrascht hat. Da sind die Oliven sehr präsent und wir lieben es. Definitiv nix für mal eben kochen. Sehr passend zum dippen für Brot oder Antipasti Teller. Oder als „Topping“ auf edle Nudeln mit Trüffel o.ä.
