Would the Minu Piggyback board fit inside with the stroller?

Yes, it fits but there is no defined way to fit it in. We have generally wedged it between the folds of the mini stroller and it does work and the bag closes. You then just need to re-attach it to the stroller when you unpack it.

¿Can the bag be folded for storage ?

It does fold down some. We often will fold it and put it in the basket in the bottom of the stroller, it totally fills that area though.
