These are small and seem to be somewhat flimsy and cheaply made, BUT they are very, very sharp and luckily come with individual sheath blade covers. Perfect as travel knives - we keep one in each of our vehicles to cut Big Macs, Whoppers, and other fast food orders! :) Good value for what they are - I would buy these again.

These knives are very sharp; however, the metal is thin. Overall, they are lightweight. I think ordinary peeling or slicing will be fine, but I will be careful not to exert too much pressure ... if I remember. :-) Decent price if they hold an edge.

I had Racheal Rays knifes forever so I looked up knives that are close to them. These knives are a little smaller but just as good. They are very sharp and work fantastic. Do as good as big knives on most things.
