De Ab trainer is van goede kwaliteit, klein, stevig, licht, en makkelijk in gebruik. Het is makkelijk om op te bergen omdat het inklapbaar is. Ik ben zeer tevreden!

so its been a few months and i have went from beer belly to four pack this is better then any ab workout device i have ever tried! it takes some effort to do but you will definitely get the core workout you need i started at a lower elevation and worked up to the highest and when i say you will never do another ab workout again i mean it! this is all you need its easy to fold and put under the bed or in a corner the foam isn't very comfortable but as sturdy as this thing is built its well worth the investment to buy better padding! just be sure to clean and lube the tracks every now and then
