Customer had bought a new electric bidet but lost the fitting. This was the exact fit replacement!

As expected but difficult to install for a wall hung toilet
The product is very good. But we have a wall hung toilet, meaning the water tank is inside the wall. There were no installation instructions for this type of toilet and it turned out to be complicated. There was a YouTube video showing how to install which was helpful. A plumber was definitely required.

Non-industry standard sizing
While I have had no issues with this part, it is very frustrating that Toto is taking advantage of people. This product is completely over-priced because they are using a non-industry standard size. In my opinion, this part should have been included with my Toto seat that I purchased, ridiculous that this is sold separately and there was no way to use the seat without coming here to buy the additional part.
