Excellent, but be sure you know what you are buying
This is excellent PVA, and exactly what it should be. I read another review complaining that the product was faulty because it could not be dissolved, so I just wanted to tell you that PVA has to be dissolved by stirring it in hot water (maybe 20 degree under boiling) for about 20 minutes. This is just the nature of hydrolyzed PVA. It has nothing to do with the brand or the quality (both are excellent), but just the chemistry of this compound. I can only advise you not to buy it if you don't know what it is and how to work with it. But if you do, and you need to work with PVA, this is the best deal I have found from a reputable company.

It's PVA. It makes slime
Works great for slime. This will make 2.5L of 4% PVA solution. This makes a BUNCH of slime. You will also need a 4% solution of sodium tetraborate (borax). Mix the PVA and borax solution at ≈ 200:15. Stir like the devil and you get special effects grade slime. Add food coloring, glitter, powdered mica, highlighter fluid or whatever to make the look you need.

Used it to make 3d printing bed adhesive.
It's good for my purposes, which are admittedly niche. Honestly overkill for something I'll make a batch of once every 6 months and use 5% of the bag making. Consider using some sort of emulsifier if you try this.

I have been using this to make peel off face masks
It's going pretty well so far. I need to come up with the perfect thickness so I can peel it all in one go, but so far so good!

Not good for slime
We have done ALOT of research to making slime. Reading about the proper ways to make the PVA solution and borax solution. However, making one small batch of slime with this PVA powder resulted in a very tacky hard slime that has very little elasticity, and broke easy. We had very similar results whether using one tablespoon of borax (to .5 cup PVA solution) or 1 teaspoon borax to .5 c of PVA solution. If you want the soft , stretchy, squishy (not sticky!) slime, then this PVA will not work.
