Based on much research these were the most complete pills to end up taking 2 a day of. Glad I discovered these and have taken for over a year. I have grown to trust these being helpful with MOOD, REST & CONTENTMENT. I would recommend giving these a try. I will keep taking. After taking these for years: I have not seen enough of a benefit to validate taking/spending more on these! In my opinion, save your money and don't bother trying these Herbs. A false gimmick.

Long time user… first time reviewer. Let’s start with the fact that it is vegan and it’s so hard to find good quality capsules that are vegan. If you’re ND and are struggling with that midday fog this is absolutely the thing for you! The maca & ashwaganda together are like a motivational power couple pushing me through the day. WARNING: Always check with your provider before starting any supplements. Under no circumstances should you take this if you do not wish to become a Fertile Myrtle!
