It works.
Started mid/late July, I am writing this on 12/5. Applied twice a day, religiously, and I am saying it works. Top and crown of the head noticeably thicker, filled in, and visual proof in pictures. I can see my widows peaks starting to fill in now, slowly creeping forward. I have used others that slowed the retreat, but that is about it. This is regrowing it. Twice a day and I apply heavy. I don’t know, three foam bottles in two months, esh? I see the results, so I will continue the tempo and will check back in, in a few months. As of now, I would rate it a buy.

Harder to use than liquid/gel...
It needs to be cold, you need to chill your hands in cold water to use this per the instructions. Even then, I find it immediately bubbles away when touched. I though this would be easier to apply than liquids, but it requires extra tools and prep time which is uncomfortable. Just go with the oil if you want easy application. The best thing I've found for this is to use a soft bristle toothbrush to apply. You can chill the brush instead of your hands, and requires less washing which I'm paranoid about as this will cause you to grow hair where ever it touches (except the head apparently). It did not work for me at all - I was using for preceeding hairline and Minoxidil isn't supposed tk help with that and nobody ever claimed it did - I just assumed as it's a hair growing product it would be for hair growth. It's only for a bald cap - only works on the middle back of the head. No idea why - this is what I've discovered after looking into it only after buying and using. It was not clear to me from the posting that this was just for bald cap area. That's on me though - buyer beware and all. I used the rest as preventative on that area but won't be buying again. Would recommend the liquid if this is something that might work for you.

It works, but you need to be patient and consistent.
I’ve been using it for around 1.3 months, parts of my hair where I applied have gotten thicker, but my balding spot has not seen better days. It’s not the fault of the product. I think I need to get a transplant where they put my ass hair on my head.

I'm sure works as it should in time, but this burned my scalp
I'm sure this would work with use over time, and I plan to try the drops instead. I thought the foam would be easier, because with dropper style products I always wind up feeling like I'm not getting the right amount and then overuse it. But the foam was really hard to get to where it needed to go. If the spot you're putting it on is large, or you have a shaved head, then it might be easier to use the foam. But if you still have enough hair surrounding the spots that need this, then the foam just winds up getting all over the hair more than it does on the scalp. Feel like most of one pump of this was wasted into the surrounding hair, and it also left residue in the hair. If it's bad for this to rub off on other stuff/people/animals/etc, then having residue on the outside of my hair is not a good thing right? Idk. And the bit that did get on my scalp burned on contact. It didn't burn the skin in my hands though. But the burning on my scalp only lasted maybe less than 30 seconds, so I didn't think much of it. But when i felt that area of my scalp later in the day it felt quite scabbed up like it had gotten some chemical burn or something. I also have dyed hair around the area, and I thought the dye has been totally settled in my hair for some time now, yet when I used this it made the dye bleed onto my fingers. I'm going to use the drops instead because maybe they will be easier to administer.
