It is not for cleaning. It is strictly for disinfecting bacteria, viruses etc. you should clean before using this.

I want to refill but I can not open it. How can I open it?

I think that since its made for use in a hospital setting, that it’s not meant to be refilled. Maybe it’s a 1x use spray bottle!

Can it be used on cloth furniture?

I wouldn't use it on cloth furniture since it's bleach. I've accidentally rubbed up against it and my clothes has bleach spots.

How do you preclean for c diff?

C diff is difficult to just clean to get rid of it and it can be infectious. I purchased a gallon of c diff cleaner (comes with spray bottle) and use that. I’m sure Amazon carries it.
