Great for the price. Attractive!
(It’s wife posting). I wasn’t sure about trying shoes with WIDE toe box because let’s be honest, it looks funky. BUT I have bunions and bunionettes and all my shoes are narrow, even the wide ones. I chose this as a basic everyday shoe and I kinda LOVE It. It’s actually pretty cute and makes my feet look small and cute, like a little kid. LOLL. Besides that it’s quite comfy from the get go. I wear a lot of very cushion shoes but these have a super low drop, I am going use to it. Overall a great price for a nice product

I'm so glad I gave these a try! Wide toe box for the win!
I have been wearing these daily for over two months. I have washed them once (air dry), and they held up well! I have a neuroma in one of my feet and was looking for something that had a wide toe box and no heel lift. These fit the bill. I did put in a different minimal insert at a month, that gave a tiny bit more cushion, which fit the shoe perfectly. The real test was being on my feet for five hours at a track meet. No foot pain, no back pain, no leg pain that evening! I have been walking in these and I'm still trying to decide if I need something with a tiny bit more cushion or if I am happy in these. It took me a week or two to get used to the minimal nature of these, but the wide toe box was a must for the neuroma I have. I have not had any issues with that since switching to these shoes. I thought Brooks were wide, but these are much wider and made me realize that Brooks were restricting the natural movement of my feet. My big toe felt funny at first when I started wearing these, but again, a week or two in the shoe broke everything in to how my foot normally functions. They remind me of old school canvas shoes (though they are not canvas), but more durable. They breath well, I do not have any stink issues despite wearing them for 5-8 hours a day (I do wear socks with them). I do not have any rubbing issues around the ankle/heel either. I am looking to buy one or two more pairs so I can rotate colors. The price was affordable to give them a try and see if they would work for me. I'm thankful to have found this option!

Good value, true to size, wide and tall toebox
These seem like a really good value for the money, given that I haven't had them long enough yet to know how long they will last. At least from from impressions, they seem to be pretty good quality for the money. They fit well for the expected size, and I like the looks and feel. The good:- Unlike another very similar looking style of Whitin that I tried and returned, these seem to run true to size for me.- I really like the toebox. It's both wide but also tall. I have a problem with some shoes that are wide enough, but not tall enough, so the top presses down on my big toe in an annoying way. Not the case with these.- Inexpensive for what they are, and I think they look pretty decent.- They seem pretty flexible, and you can feel the ground a bit when walking, so they are more towards the "barefoot" type shoe. They do have a bit of padding, though, which is what I wanted. The insoles are removable if you should want less padding, but I haven't tried that yet. The insides seem like they would accommodate a thicker insole should you prefer more cushioning and want to replace the insoles.- I find these to be comfortable. I have experience wearing "barefoot" and minimalist shoes though, although I don't exclusively wear that type. If you don't have experience with that type of shoe, you shouldn't expect a lot of cloud like cushioning from these or "support".- The top and sides is mostly a knit type material which I think will help with breathability and keeping my feet from getting too hot.The maybe not so great:- There's something odd about the tongue. On the left shoe in particular, it really scrunches up a bit towards the end that's nearest the toes. Even if I pull it up flat then tie the shoes reasonably tightly, after taking a few steps it scrunches up again there. It also happens on the right shoe a little bit, but not nearly as much as on the left.- On the right shoe, wearing really thin socks or no socks, there is something inside that is irritating my foot a little bit near the top of the lace area. I haven't investigated yet to see if I can figure out what the issue is. I haven't noticed it on my left foot, and it's not terrible on my right foot, just noticeable. I can probably get used to it or it may go away as the shoes break in more.- I bought the grey pair with the brown gum soles. With these soles, at least, don't drag your feet even slightly on tile, etc! They really squeak more so than any other shoes I remember having! I don't know if the versions with the white soles would have the same issue.- The glue where the sole is glued on is applied a little bit sloppily (see pic). So in a lot of the area around the top of the sole, you can see the glue line where there is excess glue. I think it's really unlikely anyone would notice when they are on your feet, but it's definitely noticeable when you take them out of the box. So it somewhat makes you question how much effort was put into the assembly and QC (Quality Control) process. Still, this is a pretty minor thing to complain about for a pair of shoes at this price. Note that the rest of the shoe (everything but the sole) does appear to be sewn together and not just glued, though, which is good.Other:- I haven't worn them long enough to know about long term reliability.- If you are used to and expect the absolute most minimalist barefoot type shoes, you may find the sole to be a little chunky or the shoes to be a tiny bit heavy for your taste- These would not be waterproof due to the knit type material on the top and sides- There isn't a ton of arch support and what is there is flexible, not hard. That is exactly what I wanted because arch support that is too tall or firm is impossibly uncomfortable for me. But it may not be what you want.- Note that I bought "Women's size 9". It's really size EU 40, which is how the shoes themselves are marked.

Great shoes!!!feel very good
Great shoes! I have a wide foot and normal 11 1/2 size. I am normally were a sketchers slip onset. However wanted to try a pair thats closer to the barefoot style.First these look great with casual and my business casual for work! The toes looked very wide when I took them out of the box and wasn't sure but the look great.Secondly the feel great. I deal with swelling in my feet and I wore these all day today and hated to run around a hospital and the felt very supportive all around. My arch felt supported. And the show walked with me not against me!

Very nice barefoot sneakers
I have very wide, short (8 inches heel-to-toe), and tall (instep) feet, so I was looking for a nice pair of white sneakers that would not squish my toes and allow my feet to move a bit more naturally. I ordered size 6, which fits my feet very well. Since buying these, they have become one of my absolute favorite pairs of shoes, because they are just so comfortable! They are excellent shoes for driving, and I usually forget that I'm wearing them because of how comfortable they are. I wear them on most of my walks, and while they probably wouldn't withstand heavy walking without wearing out the insole, the outer sole is holding up pretty well. Even with the insole, I can feel the different surfaces I'm walking on without feeling like I'd get cut if I stepped on something sharp, which is very nice. My toes have room to spread out and move freely (while my pinky toe cannot spread out fully to the side, it is not squished inward towards the other toes). They are obviously not the first choice for fashionable shoes, but they don't look so much like clown shoes that I feel self-conscious wearing them in public. And I really like how many color options there are! I would not be surprised if I ordered another pair of these in another color, or maybe the ones that are made of canvas material to be a bit warmer for colder months (these ones are quite breathable). I haven't cleaned them yet, but I think they'll be pretty easy to clean. The one thing I don't like so much is that the laces are made of a very synthetic material, which holds the shape of how they were tied when they arrived. I think maybe washing and air-drying them would help with that, but I haven't gotten around to that yet, so they still have some kinks and look a little wonky, but that's a minor thing for me.All in all, I am very happy with this purchase, and I think these are a great value for the price!

Mixed emotions about this item
ok. received these shoes today. for me, i like the soles. they are comfortable and felt good walking. the toe box is great. sort of BIG, but with socks would be alright, i believe. i usually wear a woman's 7.5M or 8M depending on how a shoe is made, and i don't have wide feet. they are narrow. i got these in an 8W because of Amazon's recommendation for sizing and i needed to try something with a wide toe box. these were long enough, but unfamiliarly big across my foot, and wearing them with socks would not fill up the shoe side to side.i went for a walk in them - about a mile. feet got hot and sweaty (no socks on), and wherever that tag on the tongue of the shoe touched my foot it made my skin itch. the more i walked, the more it itched.now for the insole. i really thought it was going to be such complete trash that i wouldn't be able to make it two blocks before my heels would be screaming, but that surprisingly did not happen. this insole has no arch support in it, so when they say 'sock liner' in the description of these shoes, they mean that literally. it's not much to speak of, but it was enough for this walk, although it did make my feet sweat.i cannot decide if i want to keep these shoes. i want something that i don't have to shell out another $20 for an insole to be able to wear, and ones that i can wear without socks and not get sweaty feet. these just might not be the ones for me.good point: i have either a really bad callous or a tailor's bunion on the pinky toe side of my left foot, and that did not hurt AT ALL while i was walking. no part of the shoe was rubbing on it or pressing on it in any way, so that was a good thing. a marvelous thing, actually. also, the shoes come up to my ankle bones and tie snugly enough that they were not slopping around on my feet, so that's a good thing. however, i did feel at times that the front of the shoes were slapping on the ground like clown shoes.i will give them another try, but believe i will be returning them.

The wide toe bed is comfortable.
These are extremely comfortable. I use for short walking excursions (1-2 miles) and my feet love the wide toe bed. It takes a little to get used to. My arches feel supported, but I done know how they would work for longer, intense walks for exercise (3+ miles). I use my HOKAS for that. They are lightweight. They are not slip-ons.

Wide toe box shoes
I love these shoes! I have bought three different pairs in three different colors. I work 12 hour shifts in the hospital and have found these are even more comfortable than my more expensive shoes. I usually wear Brooks or Hoka’s but the Whitin’s give me a lot more room as I have bunions and can never find any issues wide enough, but these shoes are wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Not very minimalist
These shoes arrived labelled, ‘women’s tennis shoes‘. They are quite heavy. They are wide in the front, and as it is a knitted material on top, don’t feel very stable either. The soles feel chunky.

Comfortable and True to Size
I have never bought shoes off Amazon before, but I saw similar shoes on a trainer at my gym, and he gave them great reviews. I usually wear US 6.5-7, which measures 37 on their guide, so I highly suggest you measure your foot and use their guide. Length-wise, they fit perfectly; they are slightly wide but very comfortable. I ended up buying another pair to wear outside. I removed the insole and added a sherpa insole for warmth, which still fits very comfortably. They don't breathe as well as regular athletic shoes which makes them perfect for outside in the snow and walking around campus but a little warm at the gym. I wouldn't say they are proper barefoot shoes, but they are very close, and the price point is fantastic.

Camina natural
Al principio sentia todo al caminar e incluso delgada la suela, después de seguir usandolos, mis pies se acostumbraron y es de lo mejor, ligeros, comodos y no afecta tu caminar. Recomendables!
