Although this is an olive oil bottle, I purchased it for the use of dish soap. I will be adding a dish soap label which I also purchased... I was a little apprehensive about buying this bottle because so many reviews said that it leaks . But fortunately this one does not. I just ordered a second one because my daughter wants one to use for dish soap. Received my second order and happy to say that this one doesn't leak either. Added the soap dish label.

The fatal flaw of oil dispenser is that the gasket in the cap does not seal properly. As a result it leaks oil every time I used it. I am uploading three pictures to describe the basic problem. First picture shows the gasket inside the cap is fully oil-slick - a sign of not having adequate sealing. Second and third pictures show how it leaks around the gasket after using the dispenser for cooking. I have tightened enough to make it sure it does not leak, but I was not successful. I bought two dispensers of this brand - one for olive oil and another for avocado oil. Olive oil is comparatively thicker, hence it leaks slowly. But avocado oil is thinner, it leaks profusely. Update: Eventually I contacted the seller for leaking problem. They mentioned that there is supposed to be a white silicone washer inside the dispenser cap, as shown in the fourth picture. But silicone washers are missing both the dispensers I received. They agreed to send me new dispensers, replacing defective twos I received. So I am upgrading my review to four stars for the customer support I received so far. As additional note, it would be great if manufacturer mention about the existence of silicone washer in their product documentation, so that customer can check it upon receiving the product. I haven't received the replaced dispensers yet. But looking at the picture (sent by Flyboo customer support), it looks like a simple washer - prone to falling off. I noticed multiple customers are having same leaking problem. Product documentation would have helped to take corrective action.

Very nicely made with one major flaw.....oil leaks from vent hole, terrible design.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed a sturdy, destruction-proof olive oil dispenser. One of my cats is obsessed with olive oil - he chewed through a plastic bottle, then shattered a glass one just an hour after I got it. This is one of the only stainless dispensers I was able to find, and I'm glad I did! It looks great, is sturdy, and is completely cat-proof. I ordered the smaller bottle, which still holds a surprisingly large amount of oil.

Purchased this to use for maple syrup from Sugar Bush Farms. Works perfectly and doesn't dribble or spill. Highly recommend!

Our last olive oil dispenser broke and this was the replacement. Looks great, easy to wipe clean, but it always seems to have a little oil on the bottom, like the honey container that's always sticky. Easy enough to wipe off but we never had it with the old one so I'm spoiled. Overall it is nice looking and easy to use and refill, but somehow we get that sneaky little drip we didn't have with the last one.

Neat and clean. I use this oil dispenser for my MCT oil at work. No spill or drip. Cover keeps the spout clean. Spout is made of plastic as is the spout plug. The rest is metal including the cap.

Love this bottle. Fits a whole bottle of Olive Oil. Easy to pour while cooking and easy to clean!

Pours without dripping and prevents oil from going rancid with cap.

Dispenser is good: convenient shape, height and refilling seal and opening size. The only downside is a drop of oil coming out from the spout every time you finish pouring. It's recommended to have a paper napkin handy to dry it out, keeping the outside of the dispenser and the shelf where it's stored clean.
