Firstly, the product itself is great. The construction is great, support is comfortable and helps posture - and of course sucks in that gut ;)! The issue, if you'd call it such, is certainly not unforeseeable - sizing. I am 6'1" and weigh about 220. I wear extra-large t's and shirts, but am a 33 waist. So based on the sizing chart I chose the Large...because that is my desirable size and I am almost able to wear Larges, just with a bit of gut. Hence the Toner. With the large I found that although there is a bit of a struggle to clip & zip the Toner, the benefits were impressive. I don't have an extra 20lbs of gut jigglin' when I walk or run, and I feel and look better. I bought three: Black first - then White and Fleshtone. (They advise to hand-wash only, which is kinda a p.i.t.a.) My advice if you are interested in one is follow the sizing chart...but add this factor into your size choice: "How many pounds do I need to compress and where? That will help you decide if you should get a size down, equal to, or slightly larger than your average shirts. Hope this helps. Bottom line - worth the expense.

PUT YOUR HEAD AND ARMS THROUGH .. THEN ROLL THE SHAPER DOWN YOUR BODY .. IT'S GONNA BE TIGHT BUT IT'S A NICE FIT AND YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO MOVE IT'S INCREDIBLY FLEXIBLE .. I'M ACTUALLY A CHOREOGRAPHER AND WEAR THIS UNDER MY TANK .. I WEAR A 2XL SIZE T SHIRT AND I GOT A 3XL AND IT FITS VERY WELL .. BUT IF YOU WEAR A 3XL OR 4XL SIZE T SHIRT GET A 3XL BODY SHAPER BECAUSE MY BROTHER IS HUGE I MEAN LIKE A 4XL OR 5XL T SHIRT AND EVEN HE COULD FIT MY 3XL BODY SHAPER AND IT HELD EVERYTHING IN. GET IT. I've been wearing this a little over a week now, so I've got some good isight, pros and cons to share with you. Overall I would recommend it for special occasions or if you wear business attire for work. Let's start with sizing, I'm 6'0", 240 lbs and typically wear right between a Large and XL. I did measure myself as it requests that you do and ordered an XXL based off of that. It's a great fit! It needs to be tight to have the effect you're looking for when it comes to smoothing out lumps and reducing a belly. Now let's talk about the quality, it's pretty good! The stitching is solid and reinforced and the fabric is quality. I for sure thought the amount of pressure I was putting on the latches and zipper would have a negative effect on the vest, but it's very solid! Now to discuss what it claims to do: Flatten and smooth as well as providing posture correcting benefits for the shoulders. It does certainly provide a slimming effect for lumps and a stomach, I wouldn't say that it reduces your waist size by more just a little, but greatly reduces man-boobs and muffin tops. As far as the posture correction goes, it does help but not really like you'd expect! I thought the reinforced straps would be what helped correct posture, but I have large broad shoulders and I found it was a tad loose in the shoulder area and didn't provide any kind of pulling-back effect like I thought it would. It DOES help posture by being a tight fit around your entire abdomen and forcing you to stand straighter, and it also reminds you to pull your shoulders back because you feel the tightness on your abdomen. I found that this items didn't ride up at all as mentioned in other reviews, I wear it under a dress shirt and dress pants with a belt. It's quit long so it goes down to cover the top portion of your hips and behind. There are a few other minor cons like the texture of the fabric is slippery, and can cling depending on the fabric content of your over-shirt, I suggest cotton or other non-slippery fabrics. It also has a thick zipper, which isn't a problem under a button down shirt, but could be an issue with other shirts. I naturally run very warm, and this product could obviously cause you to be warmer than normal, but didn't cause anything major or any sweat. It can also be hard to bend at the waist or abdomen and will slightly restrict some movement. The first day is a bit odd feeling with the compression and a few minor limited movements, but the second day you forget it's there! I do overall recommend this, especially for weddings or work clothes! But you have to learn what to wear it with and if you're into being active with lots of movement while wearing casual, thin shirts, maybe not for you.

So after reading the reviews I went based on my pant size and I ordered a large despite that some said use your shirt size because I'm larger in pants but when I received the large it was still to big but I could tell it was a great product I then ordered the medium based on my shirt size and I loved it even more but it still wasn't the fit I hoped for so I got the small and i am beyond satisfied I love I I love workout in it I love dancing in it its perfect does exactly what it say but sizing is tricky so be patient and trust your gut no pun think I might go for the extra small soon since it works so well

Zipper was damaged and could not zip up straight from the package.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. I've lost over 100 lbs in the last year and still have more to go. I've had a hard time in the last few months with motivation due to excess skin. This product holds all of that skin in place. No more unsightly overhang or jiggling when I'm active. As for the fit, It's extremely tight as expected. It has to be to do its job. When sizing buy the normal t shirt size you wear. Forget the zipper when putting it on. You have to pull it over your head, you'll never get the zipper up. It is convenient when taking it off though. Now for the CONS - It could use some more support for my man boobs. The support material stops just under the breast, but nothing to not consider buying over. Secondly, the zipper protrudes through thin clothing. Again not a deal breaker, but something to consider when buying shirts. Overall I love this product! It will get me by until I can get to my goal weight and have surgery to remove the excess skin.

I Bought this so that I could fit in my suit again for a wedding ( gained a few since the last time i wore it) This thing actually sucked me in so well that I had extra room! It also forced me to sit up properly since my guts were being forced up into my chest cavity :D the only thing that was a slight problem was on the first wear I caught some chest hair in the zipper :/ but I put on a smaller undershirt first and it fixed the issue. But due to so many layers needed to conceal this and make it less grabby its hot as hell in it, especially with a full suit on.

I don't know what's going on with this company, but I've been a customer for over a decade and have ordered over a dozen of these in that time. (I have scoliosis, and these vests make the difference between ending the day in some pain vs. ending the day in a lot of pain.) First they discontinued this vest in white...which is necessary for under a dress shirt. Then the last one I ordered in black was the same model number, same size (large), but it extended nearly to below my butt. Which makes the, uh, front very uncomfortable with the metal zipper hardware there. Did the resize them to make them longer or was this just a lot number error? When the next one wears out, I guess I'll find out if I try to order from from again, because they're still the best made of any of these I've found. Nevertheless, they won't have many repeat customers if they continue to mess up what was working about these vests.

Fabulosa faja de hombre que te hace reducir de aspecto, dos tallas al menos. Muy cómoda de llevar, no te das cuenta que la llevas si no es por la presión, los primeros días es un poco molesta pero después te haces y no puedes pasar sin ella, te sujeta los riñones y el bajo vientre y te sientes mucho mejor. La textura es fuerte y ahí está su mérito. He comprado otra de otra marca que era muy barata en color carne y la he tenido que tirar, no sirve para nada. Es cara pero merece la pena, de verdad

No te recoge las llaves del suelo pero el resto si... buena calidad y como en la foto... salvo el modelo!

Una simple camiseta por 70 euros, un robo, pedí la XL, era como para un niño pequeño. Ni tiene refuerzos, son costuras lo que se ve en las fotos, simples costuras Las devoluciones a cargo del cliente, encima. He tenido q pagar la devolución y encima con las fiestas sepa dios cuando me hagan el reembolso. CUIDADO!!
