everyone .. can you tell me the overall height with the belts ?

How many lbs of shredded memory foam will it take to fill the bag?

We apologize but we've never seen anyone use shredded memory foam. It seems too light and may not compact well. What we suggest is use 90-110lbs of sand.

Is the HB10 good for boxing too?
