Everything aside from comfort is a 10/10…but I’ll explain why the grip comfort is not entirely bad in a moment. The quality of the metal is beautiful, and the texture is very easy to hold. Superb feel & resistance. The grip is on the smaller side then I was expecting, but the texture does make up slightly for it, but the smaller size does hurt a lot more, but that’s more of a personal problem then it will be for everyone. Having said that, I am still happy with the purchase as the majority of other grippers I’ve used over the years have been lacklustre at best. Highly, highly recommend if you enjoy a challenge, and/or if you want to increase your deadlift without needing a gripper

I have seen someone compare these to the real CoC grippers and i agree to how similar they are to the CoC's despite having slightly slimmer handles! These things really pack some resistance and they really aren't for beginners (especially the 150lb one)! If you are a complete beginner please start at 50lbs at best and gradually go up from there. For the price, i'm shocked but there are reasons why i gave them 5 stars: 1. These grippers helped my forearms get stronger within 5 months (Train with em mostly every week even when sitting down playing games lol) 2. Before using these grips, it was incredibly hard to do the one arm barbell snatch/deadlift because now after 5 months i can do them 3. They somewhat helped with my confidence (crazy right) 4. I feel more active with them Yes, so many grippers do have fake numbers to them but these ones are in fact real to their numbers (maybe 10lbs off or 5lbs off but the difference isn't so big) for example: 150lbs gripper = 140lbs resistance 200lbs gripper = 190lbs - 195lbs resistance 250lbs gripper = 235lbs (around there) Still, not easy to hand crush lol

Have used many hand grips over the years and am amazed but the quality of these for the price!! Been using each one everyday now over the last 3 months and honestly so impressed Big thumbs up 😁👍

Not sure how accurate the LBS ratings are, seem a tad on the light end, but great produce for testing grip strength (for actually training grip you'd be better off just doing deadlifts without straps).

Pictures compared to a captains of crush, you can see the handle spread is slightly smaller than the CoC, the 200lb feels not far off the CoC #2 in terms of resistance, should be good for training with, I have smaller hands so might help the final crush/squeeze stage of the close

Good Quality Product

These should last a very long time, well built with an excellent grip. I read a review that critisiced the grip which is surprising. If you want soft handles, this is the wrong excercise for you to begin with, maybe buy a stress ball instead :-)

This set will last you a while. My only wish is they would come in smaller increments. 50lbs is quite a big jump

I have been using these hand grips since they were delivered. The delivery was fast. Workmanship of the product is good. The only negative aspect is etched finish of the steel causes some pain. I recommend using electrical tape to protect skin on hands. Overall a good product!
