Splat are by far the best product for a bright and flashy color that last a long time. Yes it stain, but it will last a long time . I dye my daughter's hair often in different shade . And i always go for splat first..never dissapointed so far

I love this dye. I've never found another dye that actually colors my fairly dark hair. No, it's not super vibrant - if you have dark hair and want vibrant color, you'll have to bleach. But I just want my natural hair to have a deep purple hue, and this dye does that perfectly. It also lasts FOREVER. I wash my hair 1-2 times a week and this dye lasts three or four months. It probably lasts longer, but I always re-dye it by then because my hair has grown out quite a bit. Also, I've seen reviews say that this dye stains everything. I've not found that to be the case. Arctic Fox, Punky Color, and Manic Panic all leave purple stains all over my shower for weeks or months. This one doesn't. It also doesn't run when I sweat, even newly dyed. I saturate my hair with dye, then put a shower cap over it and heat with a blow dryer for 10-15 minutes. Then I let it sit for about an hour. I rinse with water as cold as I can stand (so usually about room temp) and condition. I don't shampoo for several days. I've used this dye 4 times in 4 different shades (Amethyst, Plum, Tanzanite, and Magenta) and they've all turned out fantastic. Photos are of my natural hair color, and the Plum, Tanzanite, and Magenta dyes. I don't have a photo of the Amethyst, but it looked similar to the Tanzanite, but slightly less blue. My favorite so far has been the Plum.

Easy to use. It comes pre mixed and has lasted quite some time. I use to touch up my blue permanent color more often as it would turn like a seafoam green after a few months. This is still going strong and some strands are a bit more pink but still nice. I would say be VERY careful with respect to not getting the dye on countertops and clean of skin immediately because it will stain. I also rinsed off after use in the kitchen sink as I was concerned it would be hard to get off the white tub. Subsequently showering won’t stain the tub but just really ensure you protect the surfaces you are working near. A few drops got onto my white quartz countertop and I had to spray bleach and let it sit a few minutes to get the pink out. DO NOT use near marble counters because it will not come out.

Got this because the Got2B fuscia has been out of stock forever. This one is bright, vibrant, rich, and kinda smells like berries for some reason (which is fine, better than most hair dyes I've used). Beware of getting it on skin tho, and keep your gloves on when you rinse; my palms & fingers were bright fuscia for a day and the tub is still pink after 2 days (I put Vaseline on my skin around the hairline & on my ears, and they still got a little pink). All that said, it does what it said and I'm very happy with the color
