Cheap for a reason
Makes noise now that its installed. Old oil pump didnt make noise just wanted a higher pressure at warm idle....

This was a good replacement for a HEMI oil pump (high volume required)

The good, fit was perfect and seemed sturdy and well built. Raised oil idle psi from 29 to 42. Running psi was 48 and now 66. Cold psi start up is 75. The bad- backing plate is made of a hard plastic, done this way for lower cost and lighter weight oil pump. Pump is noticeably louder than oem pump. Hopefully the backing plate will hold up, time will tell.
