Works wonderful. Put it on the kitchen grout waiting 2-3 minutes lightly scrubbed with an old toothbrush. Half hr in the kitchen and I was done. All clean. Definitely recommended 👌

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to for this. I have not cleaned the floor grout in my Florida home for almost 10 years except to mop. I ordered this product. I suited up, got some old toothbrushes, put about an inch of the solution into a small glass container and started cleaning. I got a condiment squirt bottle filled with water to rinse and old towels for wiping and my mop for final cleanup. My grout is like new!!!! I did all the walk areas a section at a time and the difference is night and day - dark and dirty to light beige again (which matches the tile). Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this product. Wear gloves.

So I bought the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener. Then I was looking at a YouTube video on how to apply it and they mentioned that they were not satisfied with the results and ended up painting the lines on. I really came close to doing it as I started researching buying some grout paint. Then I changed my mind because I did that 15 years ago and was not happy with the results later. So I proceeded to apply the Zep Grout Cleaner and waited 3 1/2 minutes before scrubbing a 2X2 foot area in my bathroom. It’s not the cleanest it’s ever been, but it’s the cleanest. It’s been in five years. Seven years ago, I removed all the grout and re-grouted the floor and sealed it. The sealant didn’t even last three weeks, before the floor started looking grimy, even after I cleaned it.I was very upset. I have used the peroxide paste before on the floor and the Zep definitely worked better, but because I saw a video today, where a guy was comparing Zep and peroxide for cleaning floors, I actually think the cleaning magic comes from the ITTAR Grout Brush with Long Adjustable Handle, Swivel Scrub Brush, V-Shape Grout Line Scrubber with Stiff Bristle. I actually thought it was just a regular hard fiber bristle brush, on a mop stick and that it was just going to prevent me from bending over. It isn’t a fiber brush; it actuality it is metal bristles with an angle to get deep in the crevice of the grout. Mind you my grout is not bright white and is not perfect, but I no longer feel like I am living with “Sanford and Son”. Definitely get chemical gloves and wear a mask. I splashed some of this on my toilet seat and it ate the paint off of it. Although the stained baseboard, I wiped within seconds after scrubbing, and there was no problem with that or the stain that’s on the bath cabinet. Before applying the Zep, I sprayed Goo Gone on the floor around the toilet and rinsed the floor with water, then let it dry. So the before and after pictures you see, has the first picture with kind of a clean floor, but with zero scrubbing. Then once it dried, I took a picture and then began cleaning with the Zep.

This stuff is great. It does a really good job. It does leave a residue so be prepared to do a regular mopping afterwards. It has nor odor.

This is an amazing product. If you use it according to instructions it absolutely works. If your grout is extremely dirty, you may have to do the process twice, but I did it once and the result is fantastic. I have white tile floors with light grey grout and the grout now looks brand new like when the floor was first installed 10 years ago. Terrific product! Very strong chemical. Do not inhale!!

I originally heard about this from a cleaning group on Facebook and it does not disappoint. It really brightens up grout and makes a noticeable difference without a ton of effort. If your grout is looking tired, this is definitely worth trying.

It did not get my grout white again on the first try and I even left it longer. Will try it again 2 days from now. But it does not do it immediately either

Highly recommend. I absolutely love this tile cleaner. I do my kitchen with it as well. It works wonders. It gets the hard to get stuff right out. The bottle came sealed with no leaks or damage. This is it no more looking for cleaners I will now order replacements here
