Cat Love: My cat absolutely loves these treats. As soon as I open one of the stay-fresh pouches, she comes running and the little flakes or pieces disappear in seconds. The real-fish (tuna or salmon) or chicken flavours seem very appealing.Taste (for the cat): Great — the treat texture and flavour seem to hit the mark. From my experience and reviews online, cats respond very positively. Variety: Good variety — the product line offers hand-selected chicken, hand-flaked tuna, hand-flaked salmon, and a variety pack combining all three. Value for Money: Decent value. While treats in individual pouches aren’t ultra-cheap, given the quality (just one ingredient for many of the flavours: e.g., chicken or tuna alone) it seems reasonable. For a frequent treat, you may want to watch budget, but it’s competitive.Effectiveness: The treats function well: they’re easy to portion (individual pouches), the cats enjoy them, and they serve as a good reward or snack. On the ingredient front, for example the chicken version states “just one ingredient — chicken”. Ingredients: Very strong in this category. For many of the “Purely Natural” variants the ingredient list is extremely minimal: e.g., chicken only.  This is a big positive compared to many treat options with fillers, by-products, artificial additives.

my picky eater cat just loves these in tuna flavor. Just wish there was more in each little packet.

I have created a tiny, 6 pound monster by introducing her to tuna when I would make tuna salad. I did it and I take full responsibility. But she was driving me crazy every time I went in the kitchen. Well, I struggle with neuropathy and have enough trouble just trying to maneuver without the little monster wrapping around my legs. So, I thought well let me find a tiny source of tuna AND THIS IS THE GOLDEN TICKET!!! I was expecting something totally different - actually my brain thought it would be dry flakes. But it is real tuna like would be in a can in your grocery store. It has one ingredient - TUNA. That’s it, no preservatives or additives, just tuna. We have reached a compromise in that I open two of the little packets (they are VERY small but are to be used as a treat and they can have up to four servings per day). I put them in a small bowl and use a fork to really smash them up. And then I add just a very small amount of water, maybe a tablespoon or so to make the tuna water and give this tuna-water-addictive-treat to the little tabby girl. Then she is happy and will leave me alone while I try to cook supper.
