Easy to take
You have to take 4 a day. Two in the morning with food and 2 more with dinner. Hard to get into that routine, but getting better at it. Easy to take. Don't cause upset stomach and don't keep me up at night. This is my second month taking them. Will see how my blood work goes next check as my D and Calcium levels were low before starting them.

Empty capsule, questionable packing inspection
Although there is only one capsule that is empty, the substance spilled into the bottle, which makes me question their quality, check & balance process. It’s too soon to determine how well the calcium works.
