I used this L-CARNITINE L-TARTRATE from 3rd august 2020, That Time MY BODY weight was around 85.40 kg and yesterday i was check my weight its 81.24 kg. Some people are saying take two capsules or three capsules per day.( its very Harmfull for your body and for your muscles, Your muscles will reduce if you do this) But truelly i just want to say take one capsule in every day before workout And make your diet plan Also. Really it works well but only if u follow below conditions 1. Proper diet 2. Strength training I lost nearly 10kg in a month even though I had some cheat meals in sunday .then Good metabolism in gym and Will reduce 500gm per gym session, but Don’t take two pills per day.... headache will come... some you tubers refer to put 2pills
