Resistance Bands with Handles for Women, 5 Level Exercise Bands

I probably didn't really need ore resistance bands but I had things in boxes while cleaning out stuff and couldn't find the bands I already have so I thought, ok, I'll buy another set. I must have at least four sets now. Resistance bands are a great way to exercise IMO. They are very portable and easy to set up and use, and gentler on the body than other forms of weights if that's what you need. I admit that I was drawn to this set because I liked the colors (black, turquoise, gray, pinks) but I wouldn't have gotten them if they didn't fit my needs as far as the "weight" and accessories and especially the quality. Lots of good reviews. I appreciate that the carry bag is just the right size for the bands, handles/straps and not oversized. I have others that either came without a bag or where the bag is bigger than needed. This set isn't bulky, easy to set on a shelf or in a drawer all in the bag if you don't want to leave the bands out. For me the foam-covered handles are just right; enough to make them comfortable and not hard but not so much that they are "mushy" as some I've had. The set comes with hand grips/straps, straps to wrap around your ankles, and an over-the-door strap all of which are are useful. There are lots of resistance band options and most of them really are just as good but if you like colors beyond the primaries (red/green/blue/black) these come in some good color options. They were also a very good price at the time I bought them. Prices change a lot and I haven't compared them now but for me, this nice set of bands in colors that really like is a great deal. I'm glad to have and use them.

I’m genuinely impressed with this resistance band set. The material quality is outstanding — durable, smooth, and clearly built to last. The company also put real care into the full package: detailed instructional guides, a kind personal note, and even a door sign to prevent interruptions during door‑based exercises. The presentation was excellent, and the bands themselves deliver a phenomenal workout with consistent resistance. It’s rare to see a product where every detail is this well thought out. I highly recommend both the equipment and the company behind it.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews for a $20 purchase—but this one absolutely deserves it. These resistance bands exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is solid, the range of weights is perfect, and the setup is incredibly versatile. I liked them so much that I went back and bought an extra set of handles so my husband and I can both use them together. The door anchor system turns a simple set of bands into a full home gym. We’ve got ours set up on our bedroom double doors, and it works beautifully. They even included a large, easy-to-follow workout poster, which we taped to the back of another door—no guesswork, just get started. What really stood out to me, though, were the thoughtful extras: a “STOP – do not open” door tag (like at a hotel), and a handwritten-style thank you card from the owner. You can tell this isn’t some big faceless company—there’s real care behind the product. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is one of those rare purchases where you feel like you got way more than you paid for. Highly recommend.

I’m sure these bands work really well for those who are used to using similar sets. When I workout, I like to move quickly into subsequent exercises throughout my workout, and these bands slow me down a bit too much. They have to be unhooked and hooked and I have to use different handles for different exercises (think straps for hands, straps for ankles, etc.). I do give points for the ease of connection and all components one needs for use are included, but they’re just not for me. I really appreciate the photo poster of exercises for various areas of the body, which I posted on my workout room wall, and the exercises are both challenging and work well. All the changing of rubber tubes and clips and hand-ankle straps was just too much for me. The price is certainly reasonable, and the set is versatile and easy to pack away in the included, nylon storage bag. The thank you card from the seller was a nice touch, too. If you typically workout with this type of equipment, you’ll probably love this sturdy and complete set.

The best value for a product I have ever purchased. Quality, craftsmanship, printed materials. I have a high standards and this far exceeded my expectations!

Great set of workout bands! The handles are sturdy and comfortable on the hands, and having 5 resistance levels offers plenty of variety for daily exercises. Lightweight, durable, and perfect for home workouts or physical therapy.

The items arrived in good condition. The instructions were easy to follow. It took a bit to find a place that would make it convenient to access but they work great.

These resistances bands are great for beginners and advanced individuals. They are very durable, colorful, with a workout guide to assist in meeting one’s fitness goals.

Bought these to try and help my shoulder which is damaged, and they can be used in many different ways/positions for the desired effect. A decent workout can be had as well as because there are different weight resistance bands.

Super 👍

Made up with the product, exercise poster, nice letter, wasn’t expecting it, thanks for the extra effort. Products works, quality equipment.
