It works!
These helped my child stay regular and not constipated. They were gentle enough not to cause any stomach pains and were very effective. I also appreciated that the taste was child approved even though they are sugar free.

They work!!
These have changed our life!! I have a 2 1/2 year old with a dairy allergy who has always struggled with pooping. I decided to try these as a last resort to avoid a scope at the GI doctor and they work!! My son went from pooping once a week to every other day or every couple of days on his own. No more MiraLAX or suppositories which is a HUGE improvement for us. These are very hard so I cut them in half or fourths for my son. 10/10 product though.

A little to firm
I love Mary Ruth’s and the taste on these isn’t awful, they are just a little too hard for a gummy. We have her probiotics and those are super soft and easy to chew but my son won’t eat these because they are too hard for him to chew. EDIT: Customer service refunded, very impressed with this company. Will continue to purchase their products.

Exactly what our kid needed
If I could give these 10 stars I would. My toddler suffered from terrible tummy trouble due to withholding—she was absolutely miserable at school, at home, everywhere. She was also very finicky about every solution we tried. We couldn’t sneak anything past her. But she loves the taste of these gummies, looks forward to eating them, and they WORK. This girl is r-e-g-u-l-a-r, and honestly it’s made her a completely different and much happier little girl.

Great, gentle method to help kids constipation
My kids take these nightly and it keeps them regular. They have history of constipation and this gently moves things along.

Helps but they are bigger than I liked.
They seem to be helping with her constipation issue. I tried one myself they do have a good taste. Four stars because they are a little big and not super soft so nervous about my two year-old chewing them without choking. I started off cutting them. She can now chew it without me cutting, but took some practice.

Bad taste and very tough.
I bought these for my 4 year old as she has struggled with constipation most of her life. I am ONLY giving them one start because they are SO tough and when my daughter tried to eat them she said they taste awful and gagged trying to swallow it causing her to vomit 🥴 She takes the Mary Ruth’s probiotic and LOVES them! A loss for us! I hope others have better results. Super quick delivery and we love the brand but just not this product!
