I got this for my neighbor and installed it on his 2005 shorted silverado. It was very easy to install and looks great on his truck. The velcro on the rails seem to keep the cover nice and tight. He says he gets no wind noise or flapping at highway speeds. He is 70 years old and has had a stroke, and is still able to roll the cover very easily. We are all very happy that we found this bed cover for him. Thanks Gator and Amazon.

fit very well on my 03 Silverado.. I actually left my tool box installed because I use it for camping stuff I want locked up.. I did have to lower the tool box about 1/2" so the round crossmember would clear it plus I moved it towards the back about 3" so I can have it rolled up and still have the box door stay open. very simple install. definitely use #4 position on the adjustment blocks because the fit is tight when you have it out fully covered.. not sure if it's water proof, just finished the install. looks like it should be

A lot better than what I thought when it comes to a soft cover. The quality is awesome even though it is a soft cover it's very sturdy and fits tight we did have to adjust a little at the front. If done correctly it fits perfect! Looks great too! Great price.

Cover is good, fairly easy to install. I used some spring clamps to hold the rails in place while clamping. Speaking of clamps, they suck. I think you need two more on an 8' bed, and they are simply miserable to deal with due to their design. I ended up buying a set of truxedo clamps (they make or at least distribute the gator) and I also used the original clamps. Six clamps on each side, not going anywhere and I think it helps seal the rail to the bed. I did buy this from Amazon warehouse so I had already saved $75, didn't feel to bad about the extra clamp cost. $28. The problem I ran in to, after mounting the rails, went to install the front header and tarp, the left header plug was missing. I went ahead and installed and figured I would get this plug and install it later. I contacted Amazon and they would only let me send the whole thing back, would not send the missing $3 part. Dumb. So I contacted Gator (Truxedo) and they wouldn't replace it either since it was purchased thru warehouse. They deem it "used", although it showed no sign of ever being installed. They did however, sell me the part, $3 and change plus $5 freight. I thought that was fair, they probably packed it properly originally, somewhere in the return process was lost. So Gator cover-4+stars- went thru the car wash twice, no water. I would buy again at list price and buy the clamps. I would like to see them just raise the price a little and upgrade the clamps plus add 2 more for 8' bed. Truxedo-5 stars-They were awesome to deal with and a huge help. Amazon warehouse-2 stars-Price was right but what a tremendous waste of time and energy shipping stuff back and forth.

Been using this for over 3 years now. Very water resistant and keeps truck bed dry. If you live or travel dirt/gravel roads it does not keep a seal to keep out the dust but overall does well on keeping rain out. Picked up roughly 0.5-1.0 mpg as well.

Got this bed cover on a recommendation from a good friend. Picked this up during black Friday got 55$off and couldn't be happier. Super easy to install literally took 25 mins by myself to install. It fits tight and seals very well and my bed stays dry during rain which is definitely a bonus! I would recommended this bed cover brand and style to anyone whose looking to purchase one and doesn't want to break the bank.

The top was easy to install and it looks good. They do not claim that all water would stay out, and I did have some get in during a heavy rain a few days ago. They suggested closing the top before the tailgate, but that causes a problem with my tailgate securely latching. Now I close the top after the tailgate and the rubber strip that was causing the latching problem now sits on top of the tailgate, which might help to keep more of the water out. I think the extra thickness of my bed/tailgate liner plus that strip made it too tight to latch.

Fit perfectly, looks great fits between the bed rails. Had it installed in less then an hour. Hands down best roll up for the price.

Fits very well and was a pretty easy install. Can do with one person but beneficial to have another. Fits tight and is supported well and the latching mechanism is one of the better ones I have seen. Needs to get warm so it can stretch and seat properly, but with a second work through with fitment it should be perfect.

I have installed many brands of covers over the years and this model is as good or better than any other I have installed. The difference in this one the the value as it was several hundred dollars less. I highly recommend it if your looking for an affordable cover that is well made. Easy to install and comes with an excellent warranty period.
