Organic Tablets of Fenugreek that smells nice!
Just started this product, as my previous one ( a capsule was finished). It's a tablet, non-coated similar to a multi-vitamin except it's organic.. The scent is natural and tablet is not too big. A bit dusty when you open it. It's not a coated tablet so it's not smooth. Other than that, it's been a good daily supplement for me. I also do like that it's organic. Taking 1 star off as I can see the pills breaking a little if bottle is shaken rapidly. Otherwise, it's a great value.

Can boost milk supply
Just recently purchased my second bottle. Purchased for milk supply which I have noticed a moderate difference. Only downside is, it gets pricey as you take 2 a day so only lasts one month.
