I drive over 3 hours to my summer cabin and would get pain in my left hip by the time I got there. A friend told me about this and I ordered it and have made the trip several times now and no pain. Very comfortable and stays in place in my seat.

I have tried a lot of these cushions for my tail bone, and this is the winner. Very soft and supportive and most importantly, the right size for my car seat. Most were too short.

I was having lower back/coccyx pain from my long commute. This cushion has helped some. I do with it offered some lumbar support. I also wish it was a little wider. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.

It was much thicker and more firm than anticipated. It helped in the tailbone area but but was too thick for above the knees. The grandson loves it though.

I purchased this to see if it would help in relieving a sciatic issue and pain. Normally if I drive more than 2 hours, my leg really starts hurting, as well as my tail bone being sore. Using the seat, I was able to drive 5 hours straight on Monday, and 6 hours on Tuesday, without an issue. I really recommend it. This was not the most expensive ones and it really helped me. I do have fully adjustable seats in my car, so lowering the seat to accommodate the cushion was not a problem. If you have a car that does not have a height adjustment for the seat, it may be an issue.

I can now drive without pain! The cushion is very soft and cushions the right areas. It doesn't slip or slide around even when getting in and out of the car. I have lower back pain, from an old injury, that has gotten worse over the years. Before I bought this cushion, I could not drive without excruciating pain that extended down into my legs. Yesterday, I drove 1 and 1/2 hrs in heavy traffic with NO PAIN! This cushion has been a godsend for me. Of course, I still have a bad back, but I can now drive without pain! (I tried this cushion on my desk chair but did not get much relief. I don't know why.) Glad I gave this cushion a try!!

For people who are short in stature it will raise you up slightly in your seat.
