Easy to take. The quality seems good my vitamin D levels have gotten better. So I think it’s a win. I was worried because of the price. But it seems to be just as good as the more expensive brands. I take a lot of vitamins and so it can get pricey. But this company is great and it’s a great value and great product. They are not too big and it’s easy to swallow. I recommend for sure.
