Can this be used on 220Volts? I understand it works on 110 in the US, but can it also be used in Europe on 220v?

The machine is made in Italy, I’m sure the one I have is the one made for USA or counties that use 110volts. I’m more than sure you can buy the Italian version made for 220-230 volts. I would not use a voltage converter. You call the number in Italy and ask i guess, this is the number +39 02 953 513 34
