How do you adjust the size?

I found that the central piece, that one would pull the two strings tighter through, was hard and waxy. I could not pull the strings to make the bracelet tighter. If I could then they would be rather long. If you cut them then they will ravel. Confusing.

Better than expected

I was looking for threaded bracelets because I work outside all Spring, Summer and Fall, landscaping and mowing using heavy machinery. Sweating always dulls my sterling silver and leaves a residue on my skin. I had worn bracelets made of string before so I knew they would wear well. This Brought me to the Pura Vida bracelets. I loved that they were so many different colors and that my money could help support a cause close to my heart. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that the string is slightly coated, making it more durable and resistant to wear from water and the elements. It adjusts perfectly to however loose I want it to be. The colors are vibrant and as advertised. I don't even feel it on my wrist but when I look at my wrist it is there, reminding me of my grandmother every time. This is a wonderful product and I have ordered three more since. Highly recommend!

Awesome gift idea. Really loved mine, but started falling apart after about 6 months.

Super cute and stylish. Love that it is minimal. A nice pop of color with a tiny charm. It lasted an okay amount of time. I wish it was more durable, but I did wear it everywhere. It is coated so that it is waterproof and the fibers don't get frayed, but mine started coming apart at the knot where it secures tightly around your wrist. Pretty bummed as I only had it a little over 6 months. Now it just sits around the neck of my hydro flask. :( want to order another one, but assume the same thing will happen. Will probably buy again if the price goes down a little.
