Pros/Cons: Looks beautiful, high quality glass and colors that my hummingbirds love and all of their hand blown feeders are usually perfect and sturdy. Easy to clean and assemble and this one also comes with two different brushes, two sturdy hooks to hang them from tree branches. Birds love feeding at them because they have a well designed perch that allows them to sit and feed in comfort. These help the local bird population to increase survival so the females don't have to leave the nest as often when you place them near large bushes that they choose to raise their young. I also appreciate that I can purchase the metal and plastic perches and rubber seals separately as needed to keep the feeders like new. The glass parts never wear out, but if it drops or gets knocked over on concrete from a table top it will break. If it drops on grass, it usually will survive the fall. Cons: Some of my favorite styles have been discontinued so then I have to find another one (like this one!) to replace them because it helps my hummers to spot them throughout my small garden. I have a total of 5 of these now so that I can keep up with how quickly they empty these. On average, I wash and refill them with fresh nectar two or three times each week. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely the best hummingbird feeder ever! We live in a very windy area and other hummingbird feeders would dump. Feed all over our front porch when the wind would blow. However, these hummingbird feeders never dump feed. They also never get air locked so that the hummingbirds always have a good supply of food. The feeders come with accessories like hanging supplies and cleaning supplies. I also love that you can buy additional parts for when some wear out. I love the variety of designs that were available.

I have been feeding hummingbirds for over 15 years and so have used several different feeders in that time. The Grateful Gnome feeders are my all time favorite. Aside from them being beautiful they are 1. EASY to clean. I just cut one of my microfiber dishcloths in half and put it in the glass part with a little soapy water and swish it around. Then use the cloth to wash the base parts. It takes less time and trouble to clean than ANY feeder I have ever used. 2. Well made. I even dropped it from about 3 feet up onto concrete and the glass didn't break! The plastic part cracked but was able to get it replaced; which leads to reason 3. Awesome customer service. I contacted Grateful Gnome about ordering a new base, and because it was MY fault for dropping it, I expected to pay for it. But, they wouldn't let me. They sent me a new base for FREE! I also sent them a picture of the metal base of another GG feeder I had gotten about 6 months earlier that had started to peel and they sent me a new metal part! 4. The hummingbirds love this feeder. It doesn't get air bubbles so that the nectar doesn't continually fill the base like some feeders. The birds can get to the nectar until its all gone. And I love the round, continuous perch. Last summer there were times that 10 birds were feeding from 5 ports; they were sharing. 5. The bees can't get to the nectar! Grateful Gnome is the only feeder I will buy now.

I love this hummingbird feeder, as so do my hummingbirds. They seems to pick this one out of four I have first! It looks beautiful especially when you can see it out your kitchen window and watch you hummingbirds. My only complaint is the top of the feeder made of some sort of metal after one season of use, can not be use again. It looks like rust around the top where you screw in your feeder. But it is not rust. The paint has came off. And I will not chance that with my hummingbirds getting chips of whatever it is in their water. I have ordered other from this company and had no issues' expect maybe fading, but that's find. I expect that in certain areas' they are placed. I didn't expect this. I think I received a bad water holder part or atleast the silver metal is defective.

I received this as a gift for Mother's Day and put it to use immediately. The hummingbirds flocked to it, and I could easily see when it needed to be refilled. A week or so ago I noticed that the hummingbirds had all but abandoned it. I emptied it and refilled the sugar water (even though it had only been a few days). I cleaned the plastic/metal part where they feed from (this part is extremely easy to clean). I put it back up and a few hummingbirds have come by, but not nearly as many as before. I took it down again and noticed that the interior of the glass had a black mold on it. I used every bottle brush that I have to no avail. I tried another buyer/reviewers idea of using a microfiber cloth, but it really didn't scrub the sides of the glass. I got most of the mold off, but have ordered a special kind of bottle brush (I'll link to later if it works) in hopes that I can get into the glass and scrub it. I also used vinegar (I don't want the soap residue to make the solution taste bad, so no soap) and HOCI (Hypochlorous Acid- non-toxic). It's beautiful, works great, and the one part is easy to clean, but I'm only giving it 2 stars on the "easy to clean" part because of the glass.

I received one for a gift last year and loved it so I bought 2 more recently and ordered one more for a family gift to be delivered in another state. I understand blown glass designs as I live in a town where they blow glass floats and leave them on the beach for people to find. I have blown 1 glass item with assistance and I understand its hard to get the exact design as the pictures. The 2nd feeder I received is completely off. I ordered the red with the swirl design (I think the name is speckled egg with flower) and received a red dotted one with very little additional color and only on 2 sides, not swirled throughout like your picture shows. It does not even come close to matching the picture. The other one I received is spot on! I have ordered 3 now and love them just disappointed in the most recent design I received. I hate returning items so I will just gift this to someone. I think they were to come with hemp rope for hanging, and in both items I received, there was no hemp rope. I don't use it but just thought I'd mention it if others are planning on using it to hang them with, it may not be in the package like it mentions. Gave 5 stars because they are beautiful and well made! I will continue to buy more for gifts as they do make a lovely gift!

I love this feeder and so do the hummingbirds. Grateful Gnome is awesome. I purchased the feeder but did not put it out right away. Unfortunately, once I did put the feeder out (and was past the return date), I realized the feeder was crooked and it leaked. I reached out to GG and they suspected it might be the gasket. I spoke specifically with Anne but I suspect their entire team is equally awesome. They promptly sent replacement gaskets. Turns out, the threaded portion of the glass was completely crooked. The gasket didn't fix the issue so I reached out again. GG sent me a replacement feeder and I had it in one day. Things happen and it's all about how it's handled. GG exceeded my expectations and I now have a perfectly straight, non leaking feeder to keep me and the birds happy. Thank you!

Beautiful colours, it was for Fathers Day as soon as it was put out with sugar water the humming birds were there.

Los materiales son de mucha calidad. Me gusta mucho que sea de vidrio y metal porque considero que así durará. Es fácil de armar y desarmar pero el cuello angosto de la botella dificulta un poco la limpieza del interior. Cabe mucho néctar pero no lo lleno para que siga fresco el néctar. Los colibríes vienen mucho a comer y me encanta verlos.

Producto recomendado, no gotea, es fácil de lavar, y muy hermoso. Los colibríes si se acercan a comer. Los materiales se ven muy resistentes. Me encantó.

We wanted a feeder with feeding ports that are fixed it because raccoons were coming at night and prying off the stopper like ports on our old feeder and raiding it for the nectar. This one also has a rail around the edge for the hummingbirds to rest on and they stay at it longer now. It is a beautiful feeder to look at and seems very solid and well made. Great purchase!
