This trim will fit any and all moen positemp tub shower valves, from ips to cc and residential to commercial applications. Moen makes valves from iron pipe connections (ips) to copper sweat connections (cc), from residential simple use to commercial with built in valve stops, and also stems from plastic residential use to solid brass heavy duty commercial use for the positemp series. I have over thirty installed for my usage with no problems. See moen website for more information.
