elago GW2 Charging Stand for Samsung Galaxy Watch Series

The shape of the Samsung watch with the bands on can't lay flat when charging unless it is sitting on the face or balancing on the arm bands, so I was looking for something to hold it up to charge. This stand is perfect because the original magnetic charger fits wonderfully in it and allows me to easily attach my watch. I no longer need to set it on its face and possibly scratch it or awkwardly balance it on the bands. The notch in the back allows the stand to sit in a stable position as the cord exits. This is a wonderful little stand that I would definitely recommend.

Good value, compatible with my non-Samsung puck charger but it is a tight fit whichbis good, the lip that the watch sits on while charging is shallow and I worried if my watch [which has a bumper case on it] would slip off so I kept checking it and it seemed fine but would've liked a wider lip, easily portable, seems sturdy so far, short cord but reaches from nightstand to floor plug; watched it as I was concerned about overheating and melting the plug [it did overheat] but not the plug. This is concerning especially about watch damage with continued use. Watch charged was the same as my previous charges..1 hrs, 30 mins.

It does a great job of charging my watch in minimal time. I can get a full charge in less than one hour. It is very lightweight. Perhaps a bit too lightweight as it can be tippy and then of course your watch is not being charged. It is hollow inside and the charger fits in the housing. I wish it came with an expanded base to make it more stable. Other than that, it is a great little charger.

So I bought 3 of these - to have around to charge my Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic - which this clearly indicates it will work with. First, every charging pad is incredibly difficult to insert into this thing. When inserted, it protrudes from the surface of the holder by 1/8 inch or so. Second, this is NOT appropriate for a Watch 8 Classic with an aftermarket band, that adds ANY weight to the watch. The watch won't sit appropriately on the stand to consistently charge. In fact, I completely removed the band and put the watch alone on the stand, and it still didn't seat properly. Great idea. Very Very poor execution. I'd return these, but I threw away the boxes already.

Love it, it makes it so much neater using this for my watch than leaving it dangling on a cord. Soft silicon makes it smooth and easy to place your watch. I use a magnetic band, so its easy to keep it in place since they wrap around and clasp behind it.I guess my biggest take away is this makes everything with charging easier

They changed the puck size yet again so i needed a different charging stand. This one is made from 'soft touch' plastic, feels somewhat like silicone. It's well made no defects. Most importantly they got the design down perfectly. The watch goes on by simply dropping it into place. No fiddling around to get it to sit right and charge. This is angled so it is fully seatted and charges every time.This charging stand is well done on every count. For my needs it's perfect and i wouldn't change a thing.
