It's rare that I write a review--even for a 5-star experience--and I wasn't planning on writing one for these pancakes but I figured since I do really like them I might as well. Despite all the rave reviews, I was still doubtful that these would be all that good (and a little suspicious that all the reviews could be members of the Simple Mills family). But I'm a believer. These looked and tasted like regular pancakes--which I was not at all expecting. I'm used to eating almond & coconut flour products that don't usually have the same consistency as other bread products. But this was the same consistency and appearance as a regular pancake and even better than any pancake batter I've eaten made from rice or buckwheat (and I've had some good gluten free pancakes and waffles). Maybe, my taste buds have been altered from the years of eating gluten free but honestly, I think I would eat these if I wasn't grain free--and if they weren't so darned expensive! But if you're like me and you don't eat pancakes that often it might not be that cost prohibitive for you.

Okay this stuff is so good! The ingredients are so simple and beneficial. I usually buy 1 box from the store and it’s usually like $8, so this set is a must.

You will never see waffles the same way again. These are actually fantastic and after having waffles several times with this mix I can’t even look at an IHOP the same way ever again. They have a lot more flavor and don’t feel all heavy like a lump in your stomach after eating traditional waffles. They have a great consistency very similar to traditional batter and with a little coconut oil you may not even put syrup on these after cooking. I highly recommend - we went back and did a subscribe order on these.

Was happy to get a great deal on this box of six pancake and waffle mix. I like this product it tastes good and it's good ingredients that are healthy no garbage oil in there.

I love pancakes! But can't eat the regular ones. These are hard to find in the store and make great Pancakes! I put mashed Strawberries in the batter..yummm!
