I love these feeding bowls. The food is much more accessible for the sake of whiskers and to avoid the "empty bowl" conundrum. Great quality material (I got the ceramic variant), nice little bit of weight & grippy non-skid bottom make them sit firm. I also really appreciate that they're dishwash-safe, and the notch makes them easy to pick up. Unfortunately my cats are inexplicably far more interested in playing with the food than eating it, making a mess that not even the feeding mat can contain. Hopefully this is just because it's a brand-new novelty to them, but I might have to return for that reason alone. I would recommend using a regular dinner plate your feline friends a sort of trial/preview to the shallow form-factor before ordering-- because I had no idea my cats would suddenly decide that food was a plaything when exposed like this. Hopefully this behavior subsides before the return window closes.

My three cats and I agree that the ceramic version of the CatGuru food dish is the best cat dish we know of. They preferred it immediately over another dish that was advertised as being whisker-friendly. The dish is heavy, sturdy, attractive, lead-free, dishwasher safe (contrary to the Amazon information, which is not consistent with what the manufacturer states) and easy to clean. With other dishes my cats tend to eat only what is in the center, but with the CatGuru they clean their plates. Definitely a success and well worth the money.

These are very durable and high quality (I got the ceramic ones). I wish they were a bit elevated but I love them anyway. The only down side is there is no way to stop food from getting all over the side, but I get it is designed that way to keep the whiskers from hitting. My cat eats way easier out of these now instead of pawing out the food from his previous bowls.

These are not perfect at keeping wet food from spilling out (or maybe my cats are just messy!) but they work fairly well. They definitely are heavy enough, along with the non-slip bottom, that the cats do not move them. I bought the ceramic ones. I like the cut out which makes it so much easier to pick them up, but I wish there was another cut out on the opposite side.

These bowls are high quality ceramic. They are durable and the cut out to put it down and pick it up is very convenient and appreciated. There is a ring around the bottom that makes it slip resistant which is nice as well. My only issue with them is they are SUPER shallow. It was so shallow that it couldn’t hold a proper amount of food and water for our cat. For that reason we returned.

Love these bowls for our cat's food! Looked for awhile for something without a design or that wasn't too deep. We use one for canned food, the other for dry. Love that they're easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher as well.

Ceramic bowls came completely shattered

Los cuencos aparecen como en la foto, son de un buen material y son fáciles de limpiar. El problema es que mis gatos, mientras comen, tiran más pienso de lo que logran comer del cuenco. He reducido la cantidad de pienso que pongo en el cuenco, pero el problema persiste. Un poco una decepción.

Very solid ceramic dish’s that my cat loves

The bowls aren't very large and very shallow. They are beautifully made though, from ceramic, with not-slip silicone pads underneath. Unfortunately, both my cats lick too much of their wet food up and over the edge of the bowls. Such a shame as they're well made and look clean and white. Extremely easy to clean
