Sign tells you where the cut came from on the steer
I love this sign. I have one mounted on the wall in my kitchen and have gifted a few of them to managers in some of the supermarkets I shop with. I live in Vietnam and the concept of knowing where on the steer your meat came from is, maybe, a pipe dream. None of the meat people have ever been able to tell me enough about cuts of beef for me to confidently apply a standard US name to the cut. The sign appears accurate in locating the particular cuts on the critter.

Just fine
I'm happy with this purchase. The price was right and it met my expectations and it looks good hanging near my workbench where I cut meat.
