Great product, easy to swallow capsules, and no taste or tummy upset. I really appreciate the fact that they have a standardized level in each capsule, unlike the loose powder I was previously using. For me, the product reduces stress so that I have more energy. That wasn't necessarily helpful at bedtime but it works very well in the morning. Since I had to give up coffee, this helps me to feel energized while still relaxed. One capsule a day is enough for me to tell the difference, so for now I am sticking with that.

I've used several different brands of Ashwagandha over the years with mostly good results but also ran into a few useless ones. This product from Best is now definitely among my top 5 because it's very potent (~1300 mg) and the effects are certainly noticeable. On one hand it helps me to relax all day, which in turn benefits my sleep cycle. The energy boost in the morning is a bonus. Note that it did take a week or so to feel the effects, which is probably because of a long lapse in using Ashwagandha and possible 'clash' with other supplements that I use. This is a keeper.

As an adaptogen, this is supposed to have many health benefits It is hard to tell if it is working in every way but I started taking it because it was recommended. I notice that pain and inflammation seems to be lessened and that is my biggest complaint. Anything that will help with that is worth the investment. I chose this brand because it was the best price for this strength and it is 'made in California'.. It does the job.

Since adding this to my nighttime routine I find that I am able to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and most importantly - calm my brain from the constant running thoughts that tend to keep me up at night.
