Ricche di ferro e vitamina C, senza ingredienti aggiuntivi.
L'ortica ha diverse proprietà tra cui l'essere ricca di ferro (più degli spinaci) e vitamina C. Questi capsule hanno la completa funzionalità dell'ortica in foglie con la comodità di essere facilmente conservabili e trasportabili. Il barattolo molto ben confezionato contiene 180 capsule che sono una fornitura di 3 mesi. Le capsule sono di naturala vegetale il che va a completare la naturalezza del prodotto costituito solo da ortica e nulla di aggiuntivo. La dose consigliata è di 2 capsule al giorno da prendere separatamente in momenti diversi della giornata. Le pastiglie sono facilmente deglutibili con un bel bicchiere d'acqua, consigliati almeno 200 ml per ogni somministrazione. Come dico sempre è difficile dare un giudizio sull'efficacia del prodotto soprattutto quanto è naturale come in questo caso. Questo articolo l'ho apprezzato in quanto totalmente naturale quindi privi di controindicazioni. La dose di 3 mesi a neanche 30 euro è assolutamente un prezzo molto buono.
