Only been using this product for about a month but I think it’s working great

I didn't use long enough for a review.

I should have known when I received this with no seal on the package or product, I was up for a red flag. I couldn't get any product out of the pump and I opened it and the tube is more than half empty. Definitely returned/used and just sent it back out to market for a quick buck.

I wanted to know the ingredients for the retinol reform product because they are not transparent whatsoever. When I went directly to the Shanu Daren website and chatted with a rep, I got the run around. The answer I got "it is not required to disclose active ingredient percentages unless a product is OTC (over-the-counter) or an FDA (Food & Drug Administration) approved ingredient. We do not disclose the percentage of retinol in our Retinol Reform as this information is considered proprietary. With all Shani Darden formulas, Shani takes a results-oriented approach to development creating products that produce visible results with minimal irritation rather than just focusing on target percentages." And no answer as to why it smells horrible. Of course, on their website all the reviews are 5 stars. Too many red flags. I appreciate the honestly of all the reviewers on Amazon.
