Great pillows that are comfortable. I have the matching comforter. I recommend the firm, because it gives that nice down pillow feel. Overall it keeps its shape well through the night. Size is standard. I’ve had them a year now and still use them every night. I do have to fluff them before bed, but have always done that with my down pillows.

I ordered the firm Signature down pillow by Lincove, and it arrived very quickly, nicely packaged with a carrying bag for your pillow when you travel. I've never purchased a firm down pillow before, and I must say it was really, really firm.... it actually felt like an unopened bag of flour. I never knew down could feel so firm. After about 30 seconds of trying to lie on it I knew there was no way I'd be able to sleep on it, so I called customer service and spoke with Christine. I wanted to return it and she gave me the option of having a replacement pillow sent instead of doing a return. I first said no thanks, I just want to do the return but then I thought more about it and decided to have a replacement sent. I'm glad I did, the replacement was a medium down fill that feels a lot better to me. Customer service was very good and efficient. I would purchase from this company again.

The only pillow I will sleep with is goose down. I have neck issues and that leads to migraines with anything else. I have been loyal to east coast bedding until I tried this pillow. I ordered an east coast in firm because my other one flattened out quite a bit over the last 10 years, well it arrived as flat as the one that is 10 years old so I returned it and ordered this one for a little more money. This one is quadruple the fluffiness and yet still like sinking into a perfect cloud. I'll be buying a couple more to be sure.

The only reason I gave this a 4 star was due to the price. It is a great pillow for side sleepers but my head still does sink and it can get hot. It did help with my neck pain though and i am sleeping better. I just wish it was like 1/2 the price I would buy another one.

I ordered this pillow but it was too firm for me. I contacted customer support by email and they responded within hours. They helped me to get swapped to a softer pillow. Sarah Czin on the customer support team was a great help. Will buy from this brand again!

I am 6’5”, 55 years old male, I sleep on my back and side and have bad posture. This means I need a tall pillow and I prefer down because it’s moldable. This firm pillow is very firm but does not hurt my ears like a feather pillow does. I am hoping it breaks in and becomes a bit softer. Update: pillow is still firm and I switched back to my original pillow with a thin booster underneath. Maybe I should have purchased the medium instead of firm pillow.

This FIRM pillow I ordered is not firm at all. I’ve had to sleep with a folded throw underneath it to get the support I need and that still doesn’t cut it. My shoulder and neck hurt (side sleeper). The quality of their product sure has changed since I ordered my first two pillows in 2020. This pillow feels the same as my partner’s soft lincove pillow. The quality is poor on both of our pillows, they both shed fluffy tufts of down making a mess when changing pillowcases, and sometimes pushing through into the pillowcase. What happened to Lincove!? Going to seek a return and refund. So bummed! Loved the first two I got!
