Fantastic Four Marvel Legends The Human Torch Exclusive Action Figure

A really cool looking action figure. The trans clear fire effect is both its greatest selling point and its greatest weakness. It has been great just get Fantastic Four figures again, after the Marvel comics execs restricted them from merchandise for a few years.(Thanks Ike!!!) This Johnny Storm human torch is a great result. It’s the torch in his full “flame on” mode. The figure is well sculpted. There are a few (very few) surprisingly subtle paint apps that give the otherwise trans clear plastic life. The 4 logo on the chest, the figures eyes and some yellow highlights to give definition to the muscles work extremely well. It’s decently accessorized for a Marvel Legends figure having 2 extra hands and 2 fireball effect parts. The flame effects on the shoulders are also a separate part that can be removed. There is only one negative and that is materials. The entire figure is cast in translucent orange and yellow plastics. It has that feel of most modern softer translucent, that it will likely grow brittle over time. Further it’s not a great material for joints. So I would treat this guy as mainly a display piece and not go crazy with the posing as it ages. I suspect it will become fragile much faster than regular Marvel Legends figs.

This Human Torch figure looks great right out of the package. The detail and paint are really well done, especially the flame effects which make it stand out on display. The articulation is solid and makes it easy to pose in different ways. It feels sturdy and like good quality overall. Definitely a nice pickup for anyone collecting Marvel Legends figures.

Figure stands 6‘Inch.(see pics) tall, comes with 2 pairs of interchangeable hands and two fist flame effects,( there was an extra R. fist inside the box) great head sculpt with yellowish flames above the head & the body mold resembles the “ Bucky Cap figure ” that is commonly used for this figures... Correct me if I’m wrong on this one. Overall this is an absolute winner! , and in my humble opinion this is by far the Best Human Torch figure out there'better than its toy biz predecessors. I can’t wait to complete New hasbro FF set. * As a positive note, Get it while you can if you’re a FF or Legends collector.

This is such a well made toy. The prices go up and down on these Marvel Legends figures ; however; at any price this figure had to join my collection. The articulation is ~fantastic~ as is the paint, and the sculpt of the figure is brilliant and durable.

Showed up on time and in fantastic shape.

My son asked for this for Christmas, he's been wanting it for quite some time. It arrived quickly and well packaged with no damages. This action figure is well made, with great detail. I can't wait to give it to my son for his collection.
