they are really good thick paper (cartulina) high quality, so I can write even with markers and won't bleed through. I love the colors they come in a box wich is very convenient to protect and store them until I need them. Also the size is perfect for my brand and generic drugs names memorization and on top of that they are really cute. They come with the ring to hold them together. They are all that I was looking for in a flashcard. I love them and you will love them too. Good deal for the price.

I really like this index cards. I use them for studying new vocab words. Perfect in size, easy to pack and take with you.Love the color arrangement and the ease of use. THe texture is smooth, and easy to write on and erase off. Cardstock.

UPDATE: We've had these over a year and they are holding up extremely well. Added a star for durability. These are great little cards. I couldn’t find multiplication flash cards that went to 15, which our homeschool program does. So I decided to make my own with these cards. I used a sharpie marker and they didn’t bleed through at all. Not once! They feel very sturdy, and while I know they would succumb to damage from liquids, they feel as if they could hold up against every day living for quite a while. Each little pack had a brown thicker card on the front of the pack, and they make nice little dividers, and also don’t bleed though. These are the perfect size for small hands to handle and can easily be tossed into a bag for a day trip for in the car review. I even made a set for my little one with ABCs and 123s on them so she can get in on homeschool review fun. The only minor bummer was I got 2 pink packs and no green pack of cards, but that totally isn’t a deal breaker for these things. I’d like to buy another set to have on hand for when division and other needs for study practice come around.

These are the perfect size for study cards; small enough to carry around, but large enough that you can fit a good amount of writing on each card without the writing being too small to read. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the corners of all cards have peeled off and were like this when I received them. It doesn't affect their function though, so it's fine. Would for sure recommend!

I was really impressed with these. After reading through reviews of similar flash cards I decided to give these a shot based on a review saying the rings were very strong. And they are. They’re nice and tight with a flush fit. I found all the rings to work the same. If you are having trouble opening them, you gotta push them apart then pull. Closing them is a whole other story and takes a bit of elbow grease if you have weak hands like me. A couple were actually quite painful to close. The cards themselves are quite thick with a paper-like feel. No gloss on either side. The colors are light enough for black marker to show up clearly. The only color that gave me an issue was orange, I wish it was more of a pastel like the rest. I could see this bright color getting to be tiresome on the eyes after extended periods. Though it may have niche uses. Maybe to mix into another deck to add emphasis on certain words. They are quite small so I’d recommend not planning on using these for longer phrases or sentences. But I find they are great for vocab and shorter phrases. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I don't understand some of the low ratings for this. I purchased the 300 piece, 2.20 x 3.5, set just to try them out. Pleasantly surprised. Each color is individually wrapped, including its own ring. The colors are pastel. Neither side is ruled. They have a matte finish. You can use a pencil and erase cleanly. A gel pen worked well for me with no smearing. They also worked well with both a fine and ultra-fine point Sharpie without smearing. I have not tried my fountain pen (out of ink) and have no intention of using it for my purposes, but experience tells me that some paper with this surface may cause some degree of bleeding. My intended purpose for these cards is to use them for learning Italian vocabulary: Italian word on one side and the English translation on the reverse side. I have made a few and these cards work perfectly. I recommend them highly and will purchase more as my vocabulary grows.

I bought these to study airport codes before I go to flight attendant training in two weeks. They are perfect.! I’m going to be ordering more to take with me. Love them!

Nice, pretty colors. The rings are quite sturdy. The pages are thick enough that it doesn’t bleed but thin that they can easily split into two from the corners if not careful. Small enough to carry and learn on the go.
