I'm 56, and I've got very good skin. I don't have problems with open pores or blackheads. All I have is dry skin around my nose. I only started using a moisturiser on my face 7 years ago, and that was mainly to try to get rid of the dry skin. I've tried loads of facial products in an attempt to clear it up, but none worked.All the facial products I use are expensive but my mum always uses cheaper brands and Nivea is her favourite. I decided to buy this scrub but didn't think it would work when the more expensive scrubs didn't.On my first use, I squirted some out onto the back of my hand. Unfortunately, I must have squeezed too hard as a lot came out. I applied it to my face, making sure I paid attention to the dry areas. When I went to rinse it off, it took a lot of water to get it all off as I'd used too much scrub. Not long after I used it, I could feel my skin tightening, and when I looked in the mirror, my face was slightly red. I've sensitive skin, so that's probably why it happened.Before I applied my night cream, I ran my hand over my face, and all the dry skin was gone. My skin felt really smooth, and when I looked in the mirror, the redness had gone, and my skin was glowing.When I did apply my cream, I didn't need to put on as much on as I usually did. The next morning, my skin still felt smooth. There was no dry skin, and it looked great.I've been using this scrub a couple of times a week for two months, and it's kept my dry skin away.I can't believe how much money I've wasted over the years on facial products to clear my skin. I thought my skin looked great until I used this scrub at less than £3. It has given me a lovely clear complexion, and I'll l continue to use it.If you're buying this scrub, be very careful when squeezing some out as you might find a lot will come out. As long as you only use as much as you need, this scrub will last for several months. I've learnt to be very careful when I'm using it.The good side of ending up with too much of it on my hand is that I use it to give my hands a good scrub. The grains in the scrub are slightly bigger than any other scrub I've used so it's really good for hard skin on your hands. I'm in a wheelchair so the palms of my hands tend to get rough as I'm always pushing the wheels. It's left my hands smoother than any hand cream has.I'll definitely continue to use this scrub and I'd highly recommend it!

I love the Nivea range and it works well for me. I react to many things ie creams etc, but these products suit me perfectly. My skin feels clean after use followed by the toner. Well priced and i purchase these products regilarly. No redness or sore skin -just perfect.

A nice product of light consistency with a pleasant smell. However, in my opinion, it is jot gritty enough for the purpose I intended. Hence I can only give it three stars.

Love this product! This is my second time purchasing it, and I’m usually not someone who buys the same skincare product twice but this one is absolutely worth it. Since I started using it, my skin has felt much softer, and I’ve noticed my pores look smaller and much cleaner.I use it every night, especially after wearing heavy makeup, because it does an amazing job of removing everything and leaving my skin feeling fresh. The scrub can be a little harsh if you use it daily, so I definitely recommend following up with a good moisturizer. Other than that, I have no complaints. I love it and will definitely keep repurchasing!
