We’ve been using this collar for about two weeks and are really happy with it so far. The remote has a really nice, smooth feel to it and feels great in the hand. We’ve been using the Patpet rechargeable training collars for our two West Highland Terriers for over two years, and they’ve been fantastic. Since we travel frequently in our RV, it’s important that we have a reliable way to communicate with and train our dogs wherever we go. We use these strictly as a training tool—not as a bark collar—and we’ve rarely, if ever, needed to use the shock function. The vibration and tone have been more than enough for our dogs to understand what we expect. The collars are comfortable for our Westies, waterproof, easy to clean, and the rechargeable batteries last well. After two years of regular use, they’ve held up incredibly well. If you’re looking for a durable, dependable training collar and are committed to using it responsibly, I would absolutely recommend this product.

Pretty effective adjustable strength dog training collar. My darling maltese has improved tremendously in refraining from barking Incessantly. My neighbors are even more pleased. A great solution to barking, biting or just overall bad behavior. This device provides bad behavior modification at its best. Spent thousands of dollars on contraptions and private instructor training visits that didn't work.

If you’re stuck reading reviews… just stop and buy this one. Seriously. The hardest decision should be what color you're going with! This is a training tool—not a magic fix. If you’re not willing to put in the time to actually train your dog, no collar is going to work for you. But if you do put in the effort? This collar & remote is worth every penny. This is our second one—the first lasted 5 years, which says a lot. As you can see for my video, we are retiring her old purple one for the new green one. The battery life is amazing, holds a charge forever, and even when it dies it charges back up fast. That alone kept us coming back. Used correctly, it works without needing to rely on the shock. My dog has only been shocked twice in her entire life—the tone and vibration are usually more than enough to get her attention, even with a dominant strong-willed dog. No more pulling, no more not listening and she calms right down with Just the sound of the noise. That’s the key: use it properly. If you’ve never used one before, do your homework first . YouTube will teach you everything you need to know on how to train or retrain your dog at any age… and yes, try it on yourself so you understand what you’re using. Don’t just wing it. And I'm being serious about that. We upgraded from the old purple one to the green (okay, maybe I picked that color 😅), and it’s slightly smaller and less bulky than others we’ve tried. Still super durable too—this band (the old purple one) has been through rain and even a few pond dips at the cabin with no issues. The vibration feature works great, so you’re not constantly relying on the shock. It really helps reinforce commands without overdoing it. It also came with a long-hair attachment, which our old one didn’t have—huge plus if your dog has a thicker coat. Bottom line: if you’re willing to train your dog the right way, this is hands down one of the best purchases you can make. I’d give it 15 stars if I could.

Way to big for my dogs

Second one I have purchased for my dog as first one finally wore, and poor after years of using every day works great on vibration and be alone dog listens to it and has trained him to stay in the yard

We had a different brand collar that broke after 7+ years. Decided to give this one a try and honestly I like it so much better. We use just the beeping and vibration setting. If you don’t out the prongs on the collar there is no risk of accidentally shocking your dog. I like the remote a lot, it’s big enough not to loose it and comfortable to hold. The buttons are very obvious which makes it easy for anyone to use. I would recommend this product and purchase again! Much better than the other more expensive brand we had purchased.

replacement collar , as old one was damaged after 4 years of service and was still working. It was nice they still sell them.

We haven't even had the collar two full months and the battery no longer holds a charge. This is the second one we have purchased and have had the same problem however this battery life was even shorter than the last. Would not recommend this product at all.
