Cinnamon, Open loose curls, good aroma.
Great aroma and there's quite a few, but they are open curls of cinnamon bark and not the tight rolls that you would normally get for cooking! They average about 5cm long. Good value, great for cooking where it doesn't matter if they are curled or not! They come in a large brown paper bag that lined in foil and resealable for freshness.

La canela en rama tiene muy buena calidad. Los palitos vienen bien presentados, con buen tamaño y un aroma muy agradable e intenso. La he utilizado para infusiones, postres y también para dar sabor a algunos platos, y cumple perfectamente su función. La cantidad que trae la bolsa está muy bien y las ramas llegan en buenas condiciones. Una buena compra para tener canela de calidad en casa.

Ich bin begeistert von den Zimtstangen von Alpi Nature. Die 250g-Packung ist perfekt für den Haushalt, und die angegebene Menge von ca. 75-77 Stangen stimmt genau. Die Stangen selbst sind von bester Qualität: schön fest, aromatisch und in der angegebenen Größe von ca. 60mm. Der Duft beim Öffnen der Packung ist einfach herrlich – intensiv, süß und würzig, genau wie echter, hochwertiger Ceylon-Zimt sein sollte. Ich verwende sie für verschiedene Zwecke: Zum Backen (Zimtschnecken, Apfelkuchen) Für heiße Getränke (Glühwein, Punsch, Chai-Tee) Als natürlicher Luftverbesserer, z.B. in einer Duftschale mit Orange und Nelken Die Stangen sind schön ganz geblieben und brechen nicht zu Staub. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für diese Qualität ausgezeichnet. Fazit: Wer echten, hochwertigen Zimt sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Absolut empfehlenswert und ein fester Wiederholkauf in meinem Haushalt!
