Great for thick hair
I wore these banana clips when I was a teenager and loved them because they were the only clips that would hold my super thick hair. Over the last 10 years or so I could not find them anywhere and let me tell you that I would get some strange looks when I would ask if they carried banana clips They would be like banana clips???? Anyway I was so glad to find these in different colors. They are great for thick hair. With that being said, they will not work on thin hair and will slide right out of your hair. Now it will take practice to learn how to snap and lock it in place so don't expect to get it right on the first couple of tries. I find that it helps to dampen the hair first and once you learn how to do it your hair will look so gorgeous because of the way your hair will curve around the sides of the clip. It is so worth it! You used to only be able to get these in brown and black, so I was thrilled to find them in these beautiful colors.

I miss the 80s & 90s
Just like in the 80s & 90s they are AWESOME! These hold better with curly and or thick hair. Up top comes loose if you don't have the clip positioned right. They are the perfect size.

Banana Clips
These are very pretty and a good size, however, they keep popping off. The ends do not have a really "deep" piece to hold it securely in place. I might need a bigger clip, as I have very thick hair? I don't know if they sell any bigger sizes. However, I do love using these, they are pretty and keep the hair off of my neck.

Cute colors
Loved the choice of colors and the larger size. My hair is thick and several have broken but would buy again as can't find anything that works better.

The quality and colors of the bands
My granddaughter her hair quality is thick so it holds her hair. she loves the clips. They stay in place when clipped,most are difficult to open and close but these aren't. Beautiful colors, great price for the about I purchased

Kind of cheap, fall out
The plastic isn't very good - it's soft and it needs to be a bit sturdier to hold the hair in place. The "ponytail" keep slipping down the back of the head and the bottom of the clip ends up jamming into the neck.
