I bought mine 9 months ago and for 7 months or so I was perfect. Nothing at all stuck to it but slowly that ended. Wonder why?

Mine gave out sooner than that. After only 3 months. I bought an entire set! It is absolutely NOT scratchproof. Definitely is NOT non-stick. Had to scour out blueberry pancakes. Don't worry, it's no our fault, I have read other similar reviews. Try to get a refund. It's difficult, but if you can get through to their customer service, and you have when and where you purchased it, the manufacture might replace. Me? I didn't want more fo the same.

Does the copper need to be cleaned in a special way to keep it looking new?

No it doesn’t tarnish like copper usually does. These are dishwasher safe and they work great! I really love these pans and I wish they had a whole giant set cause I’d buy them in a hot minute.

Description for 10" frying pan say it comes with induction plate. Can anyone confirm if this induction plate is included in the box?

Mine did not come with an induction plate. I bought the 10" and 12" pans.
