Very disappointed

I purchased one that said returned to save a few bucks. I used it once and it was ok took along time to melt my chocolate. I went and purchased over 100 pretzels and more chocolate and it burned the chocolate and did not melt at all!! I’m returning it and will figure out what to buy so I can make gift snacks for my grandkids. Very disappointed that I can’t make my treats with this warmer. I’m not even interested in buying a new one. I’m worried and I’m pretty sure whoever had it before used it a lot before returning it!! Ok rant over

These work for chocolate 🍫

These work fine for melting chocolate, just don't overfill underneath the trays. These machines don't really "help" you temper the chocolate....they just heat it. Expect too take your chocolate trays out at times to get it right, especially if using different types of chocolate that require different temperatures. Fit and finish of the product is good.

Not for chocolate

I gave this 2 stars because it was nice looking and it was built nice. I purchased this because I like the idea of two different melting pots that would allow me to melt white and dark or milk chocolate and dark chocolate but if the two containers aren’t of equal weight one pops up more and allows all the steam to come up which ruins your chocolate the containers are just floating on the water there is nothing on the inside for the containers to sit on so they are bobbing up and down in the water

Used!!

Unpack the box today and discovered that this item has been pre-used. It is scratched it is filthy with fingerprints and has a big bubble on one side. I am extremely disappointed and will not even try to use it as I'm returning it and ordering a different brand. How sad
